Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required. Our 18mm Ivory Melamine faced board is available from stock and is comes with the option of a pre-applied, colour matched, 2mm ABS edging. When ordering edging please enter your overall dimensions, we will allow for the the thickness of the edging. You can select how many edges you would like edged using our drop down menu. If you would like a contrasting coloured edging, or a real wood edging such Oak or Birch Plywood. To do this, simply enter your requirement in the order notes section on our checkout page. Our Plywood edging is a great way to create exposed Birch Plywood edge shelves and panels at “half” the cost of real Plywood and without the hassle of finishing We prefer to use a Melamine faced MDF board as it cuts cleaner, accepts fixings, such as screws, much better and edging bonds to it more reliably than the chipboard alternative.

Our moisture resistant Tongue & Groove and moisture resistant, pre primed, “Bead and Butt” effect MDF wall panels are perfect for decorative bathroom wall panelling. As standard, the panels are available in two thicknesses, two sheet sizes and in two orientations. However, and as the panels are produced in-house, we can provide a range of variations. Our standard panels are 12 or 15mm thick. Upon request, we can provide 22mm, 25mm or 30mm thick panels. 22mm and 25mm being ideal for ribbed effect wardrobe or kitchen doors. Sheet sizes are available in 2400 or 3000mm high x 1200mm wide (portrait, tall & thin) or 1200 high x 2400 or 3000mm wide (landscape, short and wide), each with vertical ribs. The bespoke nature of our business allows to adjust spacings to cater for precise cut to size panels and adjust the angle of the orientation to allow for angled ribbed panels where and when required.

Product – Finsa Fibracolour Negro The dimensioned drawing shows the profile of the panel when machined with a brand-new cutter. The effect of sharpening on the cutters softens the profile slightly. This is only noticeable when comparing one panel against another that were purchased separately at different times.
