We can make, test and despatch conventional and double-sided plated through hole (PTH) printed circuit boards within 48 hours of receipt of manufacturing data. Provided we receive the data early enough on day one.

Product Features: • Rugged electronic instrument enclosures, ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards. • Heavy duty, thick wall design with an average wall thickness of .13" (3.3mm). • Also suited for vertical or horizontal mounting of printed circuit boards (using optional P.C. card guides). • Moulded from flame retardant ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of 94V-0). • Interior of each enclosure part is specially masked and sprayed with an RFI/EMI copper conductive coating. • Coating manufacturer specifies an attenuation of more than 75 db from 1 Mhz. to 1 Ghz. • Designed to meet IP54. • Countersunk lid is secured with four M3 x 0.5 - 0.71" (18mm) long, Philips machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings. Perfect for applications with repetitive assembly and disassembly are required. Screws are hidden in a recess in the base. • Includes four M3 x 0.276" (7mm) self tapping screws for internal standoffs. • Lid is a smooth light grey (RAL 7035) and the bottom is a smooth dark grey (RAL 7012)

Product Features: • Top and bottom made from 12 gauge aluminium finished in beige. • Top and bottom are attached to an internal aluminium extrusion which contains mounting slots for printed circuit boards or panels. • Front and rear panels are natural aluminium (paper coated one side) which are attached with screws to the aluminium mounting extrusion. • Panels can be easily removed for access to components. • Tops and bottoms are available in solid or with vent slots. • All hardware and self-adhesive rubber feet are included. • Replacement hardware packages include front panel screws, side screws, extrusions, and rubber feet.

Can be made more secure if wall mounted with security screws (tamper resistant screws). • Satin texture finish with smooth recessed surface on lid for a membrane keypad or label. • Standoffs moulded in the interior of the lid and enclosure - designed for #4 x 1/4" self tapping screws (Part number 1555TS100). • Choice of two materials: • General purpose ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 HB). Not recommended for outdoor use • Polycarbonate (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 5VA @ 3mm) - Recommended for outdoor use • Colour is a light grey (RAL 7035) to help keep heat absorption down.

Product Features: • The Sink Box series is a British designed extruded aluminium enclosure (originally sold under the West Hyde Enclosures Ltd. name). • Ideally suited for mounting small printed circuit boards or chassis horizontally. • The enclosure body is formed from a single hollow aluminium extrusion. This gives the unit high strength as well as simplifying assembly. • The aluminium extrusion has fins on one side (the top) which act as a heat sink. Aluminium end panels are attached to each end. • Extrusions are anodised in a choice of either black or clear. • The interior of the enclosure contains: • Numerous slots on both of the shorter sides to accept a P.C. board or chassis • Three "T" slots (one in the top and two in the bottom) which provide an alternative method of mounting chassis or components that need to be cooled by conduction • The single "T" slot in the top takes an M3 half-nut • The two "T" slots in the bottom take M4 half-nuts
