From a small footprint they deliver maximum heat output, with pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 90ºC. Canopy casing has a small footprint for ease of transportation. Cast iron 3-pass flue boiler allows for excellent combustion, stable temperatures and reduced short-cycling. Dual stage burner accurately matches fluctuating heat requirements and achieves lower emissions at part-load operation. Integrated 3-way valve ensures operating temperature is quickly achieved, maintains tight temperature control and reduces short-cycling. Able to communicate with building management systems and plant equipment. Electronic controls closely regulate and stabilise temperatures and offer advanced fault-finding capabilities. The Rotary Selector Valve or RSV, is a small bore multiport, multibank rotary poppet system suitable at pressures ranging –1 +10 Bar, Fluid Temperature 85°C (185°F) . It is a relatively simple & therefore extremely reliable unit, based on a modular design & as such configurable for a multitude of applications. It is custom built from stock parts. The body is manufactured in brass or stainless steel, both having stainless spindles & they can have stems and seals in differing materials to suit the media being used. Each bank of the valve is pneumatically independent but linked by a common central spindle, enabling separate air paths to be controlled concurrently; each output is effectively a valve. The RSV (once also known as the PIV or Pneumatic Interlok Valve) can incorporate an integral electrical rotary switch which allows fluid & electrical circuits to be controlled simultaneously or can be used simply to provide positional indication remotely at the control centre.

Liquid fuel system for a gas turbine which utilises a variable speed electric motor driving a positive displacement pump. The flow of fuel is controlled by the speed of the pump and not by a valve in traditional systems. The nature of the positive displacement gear pump makes it ideal for aggressive fuels such as low viscosity naptha or high viscosity heavy fuel oil. In every project where this system has been fitted the gas turbine start reliability has been improved.
