Stainless Band work with high technology industries. Our slitting and shearing services are available at 0.10mm - 3mm thickness and from 2.50mm wide. We can cut to length from 100mm long to 4000mm long. We provide a comprehensive temper rolling and edge dressing service including deburring round edge and straightening. We have in-house bobbin winding facilities on plastic bobbins or large wooden spools and can apply protective coatings to product if required. At Stainless Band we have the capacity to polish material in coil form or blanks in various grades including AISI 304-S15- 1.4301 EN 10088-2/ASTM A240. We can offer the following finishes from 120 to 320 Grit as well as standard 2B or BA finished. Material can be made into blanks with lengths from 100mm to 3000mm long. Standard thicknesses 0.10ms from m - 4.00. and widths from 2.50mm to 1500mm maximum. Our standard tolerance is EN ISO 9445:2006 but others are available. We can provide coating films, PE and PVC surface protection. Finishes can range from smooth and slightly reflective through course, medium, fine and bright and reflective.

Our introduction of edge rounding and dressing eliminates the sharp edge, known as a burr that occurs during the production of steel strip and coil. Our updated edge dressing machines are capable of producing both large and small quantities of stainless steel strip and coil with a kinder safer rounded edge or full round edge. We can edge dress on site to a maximum width of 150mm. Certificates of conformity, showing the exact chemical composition of the material are supplied with each delivery. Ridat’s Roller Cutting Press (RCP) machines are designed to cut plastic thermoformed sheet, rubber, leather, board, foil and other gasket material, plastic foam, plastic coated or impregnated fabric. High-maltose corn syrup is a food additive used as a sweetener and preservative. The majority of sugar maltose. It is less sweet than high-fructose corn syrup and contains little to no fructose. It is sweet enough to be useful as a sweetener in commercial food production of candy and frozen yogurt, however. To be given the label “high”, the syrup must contain at least 50% maltose. Typically, it contains 40–50% maltose, though some have as high as 70%. By using β-amylase or fungal α-amylase, glucose syrups containing over 50% maltose, or even over 70% maltose (extra-high-maltose syrup) can be produced. This is possible because these enzymes remove two glucose units, that is, one maltose molecule at a time from the end of the starch molecule.

Dextrose Monohydrate powder (DMH) is moderate in sweetness. It is 65-70% as sweet as sucrose and has a solution, which is much less viscous than Liquid Glucose. DMH is freely soluble in water at room temperature and also in boiling alcohol. The perceived sweetness can be increased to the level of sucrose in some Dextrose/Sucrose blends. Dextrose has a greater depression of freezing point than that of cane sugar, resulting in a smoother and creamier texture of the final product like in frozen food products. The bulk density of DMH is 0.65 to 0.70 kg/cc.
