The most popular or our MDF decorative wall panels is, without doubt, our range of Fluted MDF panels. Available in three “standard” variations, Large, Standard and Mini, each of which is available in primed, and un-primed options as well as a range of sheets sizes and orientations. If you require a “cut to size” service for your particular project, we can also, due to the way our panels are machined, adjust the pitch of our standard and mini fluted MDF panels to suit the width of our panels so they fit your space perfectly. This will allow you to accommodate fixed panel widths on projects such as decorative kitchen island panelling, or decorative feature walls, without awkward partial flutes or unsightly, irregular finishing on end or corner details. Our fluted MDF panels have been used for feature walls in restaurant, hotel and bar interiors, entrance features for high end apartment developments and many other commercial and domestic applications.

We believe we offer the widest range of Tongue and Groove Panelling and Cladding options available, cut to size, online. Our “standard” pitch (the distance from the bottom of one groove to the next) options include 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and even a variable, random pitch option. If that does not suit your particular project, we can also provide bespoke, custom width, Tongue and Groove Cladding to suit your exact needs. Each of our of T&G Cladding panels is CNC routed, in-house, using high quality Moisture resistant MDF. This makes it easier to paint and resistant to moisture (not water). This makes it the perfect choice for wall cladding projects in kitchens, bathrooms, boot rooms and utility rooms. Our standard edging solution is 2mm ABS colour matched to the board. The edging is available with a rounded (by default, see photo) or square edge detail. If you prefer to have the square option, please specify in the notes section. Our 18mm Ivory Melamine faced board is available from stock and is comes with the option of a pre-applied, colour matched, 2mm ABS edging. When ordering edging please enter your overall dimensions, we will allow for the the thickness of the edging. You can select how many edges you would like edged using our drop down menu. If you would like a contrasting coloured edging, or a real wood edging such Oak or Birch Plywood. To do this, simply enter your requirement in the order notes section on our checkout page. Our Plywood edging is a great way to create exposed Birch Plywood edge shelves and panels at “half” the cost of real Plywood and without the hassle of finishing We prefer to use a Melamine faced MDF board as it cuts cleaner, accepts fixings, such as screws, much better and edging bonds to it more reliably than the chipboard alternative.

The innovative features of our Edge Bander's glue pot also allows us to provide a PUR Edge Banding Service which is essential for projects that demand all the benefits that PUR edge banded panels provide. Why is PUR edge banding better? Without doubt, the PUR adhesives inherent, and superior bonding strength (when compared to EVA Glue) is completely unaffected by high temperature and provides a water tight, anti bacterial, bonded edge, that will not delaminate under any conditions. PUR glued, edge banded, panels provide a prolonged life to, otherwise susceptible, panels in extreme and demanding applications such as medical and hospital environments and, in particular, toilet cubicle panelling applications.

Our Black Gloss Melamine Board Cut to Size is ideal for a wide range of projects. The board has a realistic Black gloss Marble effect melamine to the face and a textured black Marble to the reverse. We strongly believe we offer the highest quality Birch Plywood kitchen drawer units, available to order online, in the UK. Each component of our cabinets, and our Birch Plywood dovetails drawer boxes, is precision cut on one of our CNC routers to ensure that each piece is perfectly square and cleanly cut. Designed and built for exceptional quality, rather than price, each of our cabinets includes all of the following features… Rabbet jointed side panels (increased aesthetic and increased glue line for extra strength). Our BB/BB grade 18mm plinth panels are a standard size, 145mm high, and will fit most standard kitchen base units. Supplied with a removable plastic plinth sealing strip to protect against moisture ingress from spillages, overly wet floor mopping and the subsequent swelling and degradation, overtime, these conditions may induce. As with each of our standard plywood kitchen cabinets, and accessories, we offer an optional, hard wearing, water based Polyurethane Varnish (oil based PU upon request) to enhance and protect your Plywood kitchen plinths against discoloration, dirt and moisture. Our in-house CNC capabilities allow us to cut bespoke plinth panels with ventilation grooves for fridges and freezers or angled cut-outs for dishwashers.

To compliment our standard range, and meet your needs, we now offer a full range of custom width Birch Plywood Base units. Custom size options from 101 to 1199mm, and everything in-between, are now available to order online without any loss of detail or quality. Mix and match with our standard cabinet sizes to create a layout that fits your room size perfectly without any gaps, or awkward filler panels, cost effectively and without any hassle. Produced, in-house, from a high quality 12mm moisture resistant MDF, our 30mm V Grooved MDF panel is just one example of our bespoke V-grooved MDF panel machining capabilities. Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications. If you would like your panels cut to size, pre-primed (an online option) or prefinished in a particular spray finished colour, our in-house capabilities allows us to accommodate your request. Our rebated wall panelling dado Rail has been created specifically to fit our MDF Shaker Style Wall Panelling. It comes pre grooved (rebated) on the rear so that it will sit on top of 6mm, 9mm or 12mm MDF Wall panelling kits and low cost, DIY wall panelling packs. If you are looking for a Tongue and Groove MDF wall panelling dado rail then please select 6mm or 9mm. For Bead and Butt MDF panels, please select the 9mm version. The Dado Rail is an exact reproduction moulding made to match one that was used in a Victorian house in Northamptonshire and is supplied in Moisture resistant MDF. Our Dado is easily painted however, it will require sanding prior to the usual two coats of primer/undercoat and two coats of top coat. If you intend to paint your wall paneling with emulsion, to match your walls, the MDF dado rail, and wall panelling, can be painted with the same paint without the need for primer/undercoat.

Our Bullnosed wall panel dado rail has been created specifically to fit our T&G & Bead & Butt panelling however, it looks also looks great with our MDF Shaker Style Wall Panelling. The Dado is available with, or without, a pre grooved (rebated) on the rear so that it will sit on top of 6mm, 9mm or 12mm MDF Wall panelling kits and our low cost, DIY wall panelling packs. If you are looking for a Tongue and Groove MDF wall panelling dado rail, or a dado rail to fit our Tongue and Groove Cladding, then please select either the 6mm or 9mm rebated version to suit your choice of panel thickness. Unlike our other dado rail options, our Bullnosed nosed dado profile can also be used on wider strips of MDF to create a shelving for wall panelling projects such as finishing boxed in plumbing for bathrooms and feature shelves above panelling in bedrooms etc.

Our moisture resistant Tongue & Groove and moisture resistant, pre primed, “Bead and Butt” effect MDF wall panels are perfect for decorative bathroom wall panelling. These panels are not suitable for shower enclosures however, if painted in a suitable paint (not emulsion) they are perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens, utilities and other rooms around the home. Our T&G effect wall paneling is supplied in an un-primed MR MDF and is available, in three pitches. 100mm, 150mm and variable. The latter having random 75mm. 100mm and 150mm centres between the grooves. Perfect for bathroom wall panelling.
