The most popular or our MDF decorative wall panels is, without doubt, our range of Fluted MDF panels. Available in three “standard” variations, Large, Standard and Mini, each of which is available in primed, and un-primed options as well as a range of sheets sizes and orientations. If you require a “cut to size” service for your particular project, we can also, due to the way our panels are machined, adjust the pitch of our standard and mini fluted MDF panels to suit the width of our panels so they fit your space perfectly. This will allow you to accommodate fixed panel widths on projects such as decorative kitchen island panelling, or decorative feature walls, without awkward partial flutes or unsightly, irregular finishing on end or corner details. Our fluted MDF panels have been used for feature walls in restaurant, hotel and bar interiors, entrance features for high end apartment developments and many other commercial and domestic applications.

Reeded, Beaded or Ribbed MDF Panels, as we prefer to call our popular decorative wall panel solution, are suitable for a number of applications including restaurant wall cladding, cladding for bar fronts and many other domestic and commercial purposes. Our mini ribbed panelling is also suitable for creating ribbed drawer fronts and ribbed shaker doors for luxury wardrobe designs. Made from Moisture Resistant MDF (MR MDF is better for painting) our Ribbed MDF panels are available primed or un-primed (raw) and in a range of standard sheets sizes. Our in-house capabilities also allow us to offer cut to size and spray finishing upon request.

Moisture resistant MDF (MR MDF) is the most versatile of all the MDF products. It is perfect for high moisture areas such as bathrooms and kitchens and invaluable for painted MDF panel projects. Due to its resistance to moisture ingress, MR MDF is perfect for projects such… Skirting Boards Bathroom wall panelling. Kitchen Wall Panelling. Laminated or Painted kitchen cabinet doors. and any indoor environment where moisture may be a concern. In addition, we also recommend it for all DIY painted MDF projects as it is less prone to fibre lift when painted. Using this product will save you a lot time and preparation to achieve perfectly smooth edges.

We believe we offer the widest range of Tongue and Groove Panelling and Cladding options available, cut to size, online. Our “standard” pitch (the distance from the bottom of one groove to the next) options include 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and even a variable, random pitch option. If that does not suit your particular project, we can also provide bespoke, custom width, Tongue and Groove Cladding to suit your exact needs. Each of our of T&G Cladding panels is CNC routed, in-house, using high quality Moisture resistant MDF. This makes it easier to paint and resistant to moisture (not water). Our standard edging solution is 2mm ABS colour matched to the board. The edging is available with a rounded (by default, see photo) or square edge detail. If you prefer to have the square option, please specify in the notes section. Our 18mm Ivory Melamine faced board is available from stock and is comes with the option of a pre-applied, colour matched, 2mm ABS edging. When ordering edging please enter your overall dimensions, we will allow for the the thickness of the edging. You can select how many edges you would like edged using our drop down menu. If you would like a contrasting coloured edging, or a real wood edging such Oak or Birch Plywood. To do this, simply enter your requirement in the order notes section on our checkout page. Our Plywood edging is a great way to create exposed Birch Plywood edge shelves and panels at “half” the cost of real Plywood and without the hassle of finishing We prefer to use a Melamine faced MDF board as it cuts cleaner, accepts fixings, such as screws, much better and edging bonds to it more reliably than the chipboard alternative.

Our range of wood effect boards now includes a Cherry Melamine Board cut to size. Our standard edging solution is to use a matching 2mm ABS bonded to the board with an EVA adhesive. Alternatively we can offer 1mm colour matched edging or a contrasting edging in either 1 or 2mm. Another option we can offer is the use of PUR adhesive to bond the edging to the board. PUR adhesive is far stronger that EVA adhesive and also provides resistance against heat and moisture. Using the PUR option is essential when using edged melamine faced boards in kitchen, and especially bathroom, environments.

Each component of our cabinets, and our Birch Plywood dovetails drawer boxes, is precision cut on one of our CNC routers to ensure that each piece is perfectly square and cleanly cut. Designed and built for exceptional quality, rather than price, each of our cabinets includes all of the following features… Rabbet jointed side panels (increased aesthetic and increased glue line for extra strength). Each of our Birch Plywood Kitchen Wall Cabinets is precision cut on our CNC nesting router. This ensures each of our cabinets is perfectly square and allows allows us to include rebated corner joints and rebates for back panels. This provides an added detail to the front face/edge and helps towards exceptional rigidity. Our cabinets are supplied fully assembled with a glued and screwed construction and feature a solid, 18mm thick, back panel, each adding to the superior strength, and overall rigidity of our cabinets. This method also avoids the use of any unsightly, “cam and dowel fixings often seen in in cheap. high volume carcass production. To ensure our high quality, Birch Plywood Wall Cabinets are the best they can be, the internal face of each panel is lightly sanded and the visible, forward facing edges are sanded to silky smooth finish, ready for lacquering.

Our BB/BB grade 18mm plinth panels are a standard size, 145mm high, and will fit most standard kitchen base units. Supplied with a removable plastic plinth sealing strip to protect against moisture ingress from spillages, overly wet floor mopping and the subsequent swelling and degradation, overtime, these conditions may induce. As with each of our standard plywood kitchen cabinets, and accessories, we offer an optional, hard wearing, water based Polyurethane Varnish (oil based PU upon request) to enhance and protect your Plywood kitchen plinths against discoloration, dirt and moisture. Our in-house CNC capabilities allow us to cut bespoke plinth panels with ventilation grooves for fridges and freezers or angled cut-outs for dishwashers.

Custom size options from 101 to 1199mm, and everything in-between, are now available to order online without any loss of detail or quality.
