Vegetable pasta is a combination of rice flour and dried vegetables. Dried vegetables not only give pasta color and taste, but also, thanks to modern drying technology, preserve vitamins and macroelements of fresh vegetables.

Bulgur groats (89.4%), dried vegetables (6.5% - in variable proportions: carrots, onions, fried onions, garlic), pieces of freeze-dried beef (3.0%), barberry, a mixture of ground spices ( coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, black pepper, allspice), parsley.

A mixture of legumes (91.0%) (small pea groats, small-seeded red lentils), dried vegetables (in a variable proportion: onions, tomatoes, sweet pepper, garlic, parsley root), a mixture of dried herbs (in a variable proportion: green parsley, basil), ground paprika (0.8%), a mixture of ground spices (black pepper and allspice).
