Computercontrolled (CNC) test bar milling machine with installed machining programs and special clamping devices will prepare samples for tensile tests and other specific shaped sample required tests The CNC milling machine is a tabletop unit with protective doors. Impact testing is used to determine material behavior at higher deformation speeds. AHP offers a wide range of pendulum Charpy/Izod impact testers for tests according to the relevant test standards. These pendulum Izod/Charpy impact testers cover a range from 0.5 Joules to 50 Joules for plastics testeing. These are available with digital touch displays and with a range of different options especially made for your tests (e.g. tensile impact tests for UPVC profiles, ….).

With our aluminum sheet supply, we provide services to many sectors, especially construction, automotive, white goods, defense industry and technology sectors. Aluminum in the form of rolls can be cut in sheets up to 6000 mm in length, in line with customer demands, by passing through the smoothing group rollers in our length cutting machine. According to the request of our customers, foil-coated or paper-in-between sheet plates are cut. With our test devices such as spectrometer, tensile test device, sample heat treatment furnace, viscosity device, the production process is controlled from the melting of the raw material to the packaging stage. Our products comply with AA, EN and ASTM norms. In accordance with international packaging standards, packaging is made with waterproof wooden pallets. All our packages have a test certificate.
