The control system is easy to use and can be programmed via the keypad on the touch screen. The keypad on the touch screen also allows the user to select any program, start and stop the sterilization cycle. GENERAL DESCRIPTION MAKS 1100 is a catalyzed oxygen scavenger in liquid form. Biological indicators are test systems containing viable microorganisms providing a defined resistance to a specific sterilization process. A biological indicator provides information on whether necessary conditions were met to kill a specified number of microorganisms for a given sterilization process, providing a level of confidence in the process. Biological indicators, depending on the specific type, can be used for various sterilization processes using steam, hydrogen peroxide gas or ethylene oxide. We have the following 4A Biological Indicator types: 4A Steam Biological Indicator (3h) is specifically designed for the monitoring steam sterilization processes at 121 – 134 °C. The final readout of a processed biological indicator with respect to the indicator type should be made after 3 hours (4ARSBI) or 24h (4ASBI) of incubation at 60+/- 2 °C. 4A Ethylene Oxide Biological Indicator (4AEOBI) is specifically designed for the monitoring of ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization processes.

4A Bowie Dick Test Packs are the testing packages that should be used before starting daily machine sterilization process for steam sterilization devices. Bowie Dick Test Pack is used for the purpose of testing whether there is air leakage and efficient steam penetration in the steam sterilizers. 4A Bowie Dick Test Packs color change allows assurance of whether the steam sterilizers are ready for the sterilization or not. Different kinds od Bowie Dick Test Packs are available in 4A production. These are 4A Bowie Dick Test Pack 200 (wrapped in medical paper, wrapped in crepe paper and BD in box) and 4A Bowie Dick Test Pack 400 (wrapped in medical paper and wrapped in crepe paper) and 4A Bowie Dick Test Pack EWS (Early Warning Test Sheet) Note: Products can be produced with your trademark

4A Sterilization Reels provide sterile storage in packages and keep package sterile for 6 months and do not permit microorganisms to enter inside the package after sterilization cycle. The process indicators that are printed on the side of the Sterilization Reels are water based and conforms with ISO 11140. 4A Sterilization Reels are used for steam, ethylene oxide, formaldehyde sterilization methods. The sterilization conditions should be determined by the end user regarding to material to be sterilized. 4A Sterilization Reels meet ISO 11607 standards and they are manifactured using state-of-art technology with the highest quality. 4A Sterilization Flat Reels can be produced from medical paper as 60gr/m2 veya 70gr /m2 and 52 micron, PP+PET green film. Any dimension between 5cm – 60cm can be made on request. On request, 100 m lenght can be produced as well. Products can be produced with your trademark.

Begamed Class 6 Emulating steam indicator strips are designed to be used in steam sterilizers operating at 121 ̊C – 15 minutes and 134 ̊C – 3.5 minutes.The cycle verification indicators can be used in everypackand will provide assurance of steam penetration into the packs and presence of all critical parameters of steam sterilization cycle. The water based and non-toxic chemical indicator incompliance with ISO 11140-1 will show a clear and accurate color change after successful steam sterilization.

Pre-assembled, single use Begamed Bowie & Dick Test Packs designed to test the performance of the air removal system of pre-vacuum assisted sterilizers in compliance with EN 285 and operating at 134°C / 3.5 minutes cycles.An indicator sheet printed with water based Non-toxic chemical indicator is placed at the center of each pack.The uniform color change of the indicator sheet after steam sterilization indicates that all air removed. The backside of the indicator sheet has fields to be filled out and it can be kept as a permanent record for documentation.
