The control system is easy to use and can be programmed via the keypad on the touch screen. The keypad on the touch screen also allows the user to select any program, start and stop the sterilization cycle. Our steam sterilizers are equipped with an electronic pressure transducer to precisely preserve the required pressure values against changes in ambient pressure.

4A Autoclave Tape is an adhesive tape used in autoclaving to indicate whether a specific temperature has been reached. 4A Autoclave Tapes has a Type 1 indicator. 4A Autoclave Tape works by changing color after exposure to temperatures commonly used in sterilization processes. Tape also features a chemical indicator to verify that it has gone through the sterilization process. They are a safe solution for closing wrapping materials. 4A Autocalve Tape assortments are as follows: Steam Autoclave Tape: 19mm x 50m (4ASAT1950) and 25mm x 50m (4ASAT2550); Ethylene Oxide Autoclave Tape: 19mm x 50m (4AEOT1950) and 25mm x 50m (4AEOT2550); Formaldehyde Autoclave Tape: 19mm x 50m (4AFOT1950) and 25mm x 50m(4AFOT2550); Hydrogen Peroxide (Plasma) Autoclave Tape: 19mm x 25m (4APT). Biological indicators are test systems containing viable microorganisms providing a defined resistance to a specific sterilization process. A biological indicator provides information on whether necessary conditions were met to kill a specified number of microorganisms for a given sterilization process, providing a level of confidence in the process. Biological indicators, depending on the specific type, can be used for various sterilization processes using steam, hydrogen peroxide gas or ethylene oxide. We have the following 4A Biological Indicator types: 4A Steam Biological Indicator (3h) is specifically designed for the monitoring steam sterilization processes at 121 – 134 °C. The final readout of a processed biological indicator with respect to the indicator type should be made after 3 hours (4ARSBI) or 24h (4ASBI) of incubation at 60+/- 2 °C. 4A Ethylene Oxide Biological Indicator (4AEOBI) is specifically designed for the monitoring of ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization processes.

4A Bowie Dick Test Packs are the testing packages that should be used before starting daily machine sterilization process for steam sterilization devices. Bowie Dick Test Pack is used for the purpose of testing whether there is air leakage and efficient steam penetration in the steam sterilizers. 4A Bowie Dick Test Packs color change allows assurance of whether the steam sterilizers are ready for the sterilization or not. Different kinds od Bowie Dick Test Packs are available in 4A production. These are 4A Bowie Dick Test Pack 200 (wrapped in medical paper, wrapped in crepe paper and BD in box) and 4A Bowie Dick Test Pack 400 (wrapped in medical paper and wrapped in crepe paper) and 4A Bowie Dick Test Pack EWS (Early Warning Test Sheet) Note: Products can be produced with your trademark
