Cotton/Polyester blended regenerated (recycled) yarns are most widely used in weaving and knitting applications. Diversified end uses enable Cotton/Polyester blend recycled yarn to find widest use. Single jersey, rib, interlock melange fabrics. Melange (or heather effect) is 2 or 3-tone effect achieved by special dyeing process on knit fabrics. We have over 50 different melange effects on knitted fabrics. Melange is often used to represent the kind of effect on fabric surface. Melange or heather effect is achieved either; – through dyed yarn effect – through dyeing technique Melange or cationic yarns are dyed to exact colour and melange effect intended during yarn texturising or spinning. Polyester DTY and FDY cationic yarns are used for polyester compositions. Polyester spun, viscose spun yarns are also employed for melange effect knit fabrics. No subsequent dyeing is needed for coloured melange yarns after knitting. Melange yarns produced in raw white form are dyed to exact pantone colour after knitting. Melange yarns (or cationic) are inherently given the melange effect intended after dyeing and finishing.

Nova HC 17037 reduces the heating process cost because it is a water-soluble product. The coating effect of the product has a positive effect on the permanence of the essence in the recipe. Imparts a super soft and smooth hand, giving a slippery effect. Nova HC 17037 can be used for all natural and synthetic fiber mixtures, and is effective on a variety of woven or knit fabrics whether prepared by ring or opened spun yarns. The addition rate may vary depending on your recipe. After adding Nova HC 17037 to the application, you can adjust the pH with acetic acid. Dry at 140°C for 3-4 minutes.

Texamin® RUSTIC is a textile softener low-viscosity macro emulsion of a high molecular weight silicone fluid. Texamin® RUSTIC can be used for all natural and synthetic fiber mixtures, and is effective on a variety of woven or knit fabrics whether prepared by ring or opened spun yarns. Texamin® RUSTIC imparts a super soft and smooth hand, giving a slippery effect. Soft, silky handle High surface smoothness Improves the crease recovery Compatible with resin finishing agents Improves the sewability Color intensifying properties Compatible with resins Improves wash and wear properties Pre-dilute with cold water on a ration between 1:2 to 1:4. You can adjust the pH with acetic acid before adding the diluted Texamin® RUSTIC to the application. Complete foulard will then take place and the solution will be clear. Dry at 120 to 180°C (248 to 356°F) for 30 to 60.

Yarns spun with Open End (Rotor) technology are preferred mainly due to their low cost of production and low pilling properties. Open End Cotton yarns on contrary has rough touch and low breaking strength properties. The content of Miral yarn is Acrylic, Polyamide and PBT. Our yarn with excellent stretching and recovery properties is a kind of corespun yarn. Polyamide gives the yarn a natural and nostalgic look. Thanks to the raw materials used, our yarn is hypoallergenic. You can use it in products for children with peace of mind.
