The internal fan is designed with paddles according to capacity. It is mounted coupled to the engine located on the outer body. The fan inside the body rotates at high speed and provides air suction and pressure. Since the fan is specially balanced, it does not cause vibration or noise. In addition, since the outer body is placed on the main chassis on special rubber wedges, it does not cause vibration on the chassis.

Our PL 20 Machine is a portable fastener attaching machine that has one hopper to accommodate the grommets to be automatically fed through its unique channeling mechanism built to a standard size. This machine also has a side pocket slot that receives the washers for safely installing your grommets with washers. As it is built to install only one size grommets, this machine can be built to accommodate installation from 1.7 to 3 grommets. The PL 20 is a semi automatic machine. A hopper and chute system feed the eyelets to the top die of the machine. This greatly increases productivity by allowing the operator to set grommets at a higher rate.The bottom washer can also be placed on the bottom die to create a better hold. Levers on every unit provide easy adjustment for the sowing depth precision of the machine. Front pressing wheels can be attached for more precision while working with smaller seeds. Missing or excessive seeds are prevented with it’s 12 step precision sowing settings. Sowing row space can be adjusted via bolts. When the sowing is done, seeds can be emptied by the seed tank cap. Fertilizer tank can be added upon request.
