The smart production line for Diesel refers to an advanced manufacturing system that utilizes automation, digital technologies, and data analytics to optimize DEF’s production process, such as AdBlue®. DEF is a solution used in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems in diesel engines to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.

The smart production line for UAN 32 refers to an advanced manufacturing system that incorporates automation, digital technologies, and data analytics to optimize the production process of UAN 32 fertilizer. UAN 32 stands for Urea-Ammonium Nitrate solution with a nitrogen content of 32%.

KUZEY granulators are designed according to Thermoforming production lines. Irregular draw speed of the thermoformed sheet skeleton is adapted accordingly to Kuzey Granulator . Our Crusher works in-line or off-line in synchronization with all our thermoforming and extrusion lines for continious Production as a result of standard size of Final Flake products.

Sandwich and hamburgers coming from the cooling tower or in bulk are placed manually between the product sorting slides with the help of two personnel. When the products are divided into groups, the numbers are checked with the sensors, and if there are missing rows, they wait until the order is completed. The queues are divided into groups by the help of two flaps, and the number of packages depends on desired grouping (sandwich 4, 5, 6, Hamburger 4, 6, 8). Here, the products are placed between the product pushers of the packaging machine with the help of a push rod. Product pushers take products to the enveloping unit and allow them to be packaged.

Dough balls which are prepared according to the diameter of the desired product are released one by one into the hopper of the machine. The dough is crushed between two homogeneously heated plates with the hot pressing techniques. When the plates are spacing the rolled dough slides out of the machine. When the plates are spaced, the new dough roll falls between the plates from the hopper. Temperature of each plate; It is controlled by measuring separately. Product thickness can be adjusted manually.
