These crystals are characterised by a three-dimensional pore system, with pores of precisely defined diameter. This diameter is in the dimension of the size of molecules such as water, CO2 and H2S. The pores can be adjusted to precisely determined uniform openings allowing for molecules smaller than its pore diameter to be adsorbed whilst excluding larger molecules, hence the name “molecular sieve”. The different pore sizes of synthetic zeolites open up a wide range of possibilities in terms of "sieving" molecules of different size or shape from gases and liquids.

Window spacer profiles are used to produce insulating glass. It creates space between the 2 glass panes and holds inside the Molecular sieve which will stop fogging of the insulating glass installed to the Windows of the buildings. Primary and secondary sealants are applied to the glass panes together with spacer profile to complete the combination and have a good sealed insulating glass unit which will withstand differant temperature conditions.

Thiokol is a special sealing compound for manufacturing insulating glass units. It is a 2 component sealing material which has excellent adhesion to clean surfaces such as glass, aluminium or steel. The mixture made from 1 part B component and 10 part of A component applied all arround the insulating glass unit will stop permeability of water and keep the Windows safe for long years.

Our Infrared ovens can be produced as conveyor belt tunnel or internal return (U) type. Our ovens have andirect heating system with radiation heat transfer. They are used due to the cure flat shaped parts after wet or powder coating paint applications. They are preferred because they can cure the paint three times faster than the convectional type ovens. They can be produced with natural gas or lamp type infrareds. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with a galvanizedor stainless steel sheets and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thicknesses determined and rock wool or glass wool is used for insulation.

NEDEX produces polysulfide based sealants named KU-83, PS-018, PS-002 and ARCOL. NEDEX polysulfide sealant is produced to be used in insulated glasses.It has very low permeability water and gas. It has very advanced chemical properties. Polysulfide sealants are recommended to be mixed with a volumetric ratio of 10:1 for A and B components. NEDEX polysulfide based outer sealants KU-83 and PS-018 are for Insulating Glass Units with specifications according to EN 1279:2018.

NEDEX warm edge spacers (NANOBAR) have lowest Σλd- and Ψ-values. NANOBAR has maximum number of perforation holes for a better IGU performance. Nedex warm edge spacers can be produced in widths between 8-24 mm. The extruded part of spacer which gives the shape of spacer is produced by UV resistant plastic compounds with three different rigidity factors named by Nanobar, Nanobar-F and Nanobar-R. The colour of plastic part can be white, grey RAL7035, grey RAL7040, grey RAL9023 and black. Their stability and material specifications make their processing in bending lines possible. They can even be installed in IG units, which are under extreme external loads. The rheological properties of the product make it suitable for manual and robot processing. KU-83 adheres to glass, aluminium, galvanized steel and stainless steel without the use of primer. For other products, such as coated glass, glass from which the coating has been removed, treated spacer profiles or profiles made of other materials; relevant trials must be carried out to ensure the product's suitability. The use with polycarbonate or polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is not recommended. It is produced only for insulated glass manufacturing. NEDEX is producing polyisobutylen based hotmelt secondary sealant MELTEX for insulated glass industry in Istanbul/Turkey. It is specially designed to reach very low gas and moisture penetration rates. Just as butyl sealant, hotmelt secondary sealant is one component sealant for IG units. NEDEX hotmelt sealants have very good physical and chemical properties, is easy to process, and ensures optimal resistance to low and high temperatures. It has good properties in terms of resistance and adhesion. Gas leakage rate is optimized with NEDEX hotmelt. NEDEX hotmelt sealant is completely suitable for IG units with good energy efficiency.

NEDEX produces solvent-free primary sealant PIB-996 based on polyisobutylene for the insulating glass industry. The formulation has been specially developed to achieve very low gas and water vapor penetration rates. The product is compatible with Nedex secondary sealants. The solvents most commonly used in the formulations of secondary sealant formulations based on polyurethane and polysulfide show no signs of migrations with Nedex primary sealants. However, intensive compatibility tests according to EN1279-4:2018 should be carried out before use if PIB-996 is not used together with Nedex secondary sealants PS-018 and KU-83. PIB-996 has a very good adhesive properties on glass and metal. The effect of heat leads to a significant softening of primart sealants. Neverthless, PIB-996 shows good stability even at temperatures around 100°C and does not flow out of their position into the space between the panes. PIB-996 has also been certified according to EN1279-4:2018.

NEDEX is producing polyisobutylen based primary sealants, KU-83B and PIB-996 for insulated glass industry in Eskisehir/Turkey and Moers/Germany. NEDEX butyl sealant is especially designed to reach very low gas and moisture penetration rates. Butyl is also known as a solution for internal insulation in insulated glasses. It has one black component and without solvent. It has good adhesions properties to glass and metal. NEDEX butyl can be packed in slugs and cans as 7 kg (standard); 2,5 kg and 1 kg. NEDEX secondary sealant MELTEX hotmelt butyl (hot melt sealant) is a 100% solids, single-component sealant designed for the sealed insulating glass industry. It is formulated from butyl rubber, synthetic polymers and elastomers to give outstanding adhesion to glass and aluminum when fabricated manually or reactivated in semi- automatic equipment. The product is resistant to degradation from ultraviolet light, temperature extremes and water immersion. MELTEX hotmelt butyl is is compatible with inner sealants of NEDEX such as KU-83B and PIB-996. They can be used together, there will be no chemical reactions. Before using MELTEX together with other inner sealants chemical compatibility tests should be done. MELTEX is a secondary sealant for Insulating Glass Unit with specifications according to EN 1279.
