Dust filters - Import export

Filter bags are manufactured for optimum filtration performance. They are made from carefully selected media developed specifications the process industry. Various types of media are used such as needle felt, monofilament and multifilament. They are effective in reducing dust emission level as requirement of industries. These bags are placed in dust collector with supporting filter cages. Contaminated air takes path of outside to inside filtration. All solid contaminants get deposited at outer surface & clean air / gas passes through top chamber. Particles retained at outer surface of media get collected at bottom of dust collector with help of shaking mechanism or reverse pulse jetting mechanism.

Pleated dust collection cartridges are made of 100 % polyester media, metal or teflon treated material like pleated dust collection bags media with different coatings on it, as per requirement of applications. Pleated dust collection bags & cartridges are one & same. Manufacturer of dust collectors originally designed to build the dust collection cartridges in equipment, where as pleated bags can be used for existing dust collector in place of conventional dust collection bags, without modifications. This polyester media is made of high tensile filament yarn without using any binding agent. Thus hard finished material is very stable against hot gas attach & structurally durable. Although the operation principal of these cylindrical filters are similiar, they have a bright product variety. The cylindrical filters are produced from material with synthetic nonwoven and cellulose content which has resistance against heat and humidity. Material like Glass fiber and paper with polyster are used by the production of these filters where they are used in several production process machinery as blower and suction filters.
