This multilayer 3D bag is designed specifically for the MAX builtin nail dust collector. The filter bag holds dust excellent. Thanks to the sewn on bottom, it takes a form convenient for work. The filter bag is reusable. The average life of the bag is 1.52 months (at regular care). For the nail dust collector to work effectively, we recommend replacing the bag with a clean one at the beginning of the working day. Clean the filter bag with a delicate wash at a water temperature of no higher than 40 degrees. Dry before use.

Filter bags are manufactured for optimum filtration performance. They are made from carefully selected media developed specifications the process industry. Various types of media are used such as needle felt, monofilament and multifilament. They are effective in reducing dust emission level as requirement of industries. These bags are placed in dust collector with supporting filter cages. Contaminated air takes path of outside to inside filtration. All solid contaminants get deposited at outer surface & clean air / gas passes through top chamber. Particles retained at outer surface of media get collected at bottom of dust collector with help of shaking mechanism or reverse pulse jetting mechanism.

Pleated dust collection cartridges are made of 100 % polyester media, metal or teflon treated material like pleated dust collection bags media with different coatings on it, as per requirement of applications. Pleated dust collection bags & cartridges are one & same. Manufacturer of dust collectors originally designed to build the dust collection cartridges in equipment, where as pleated bags can be used for existing dust collector in place of conventional dust collection bags, without modifications. The filter housing is made of sturdy steel plate with a reinforcement of structural steel frame. Equipped with inlet and outlet openings for the dusty or filtered air. The inspection cap is used to control the automatic filter and has a flap for access to the built-in filter cartridges. These are made of folded polyester material having a filter area of each of 8 and 14 m². Provided with upper and lower reinforcing rings of plastics material for fastening in the holders. The dust drawer is equipped with wheels, allowing easy extraction during disposal of the dust. The centrifugal fan with a flanged electric motor and the fan / motor unit is built up in the filter housing - the motor is bolted with its flanges on the filter housing and surrounded by the sound enclosure.

Jet filter cleans the air dust mixture from dust, keeps the dust and ensures that the clean air is discharged from the chimney. CF 30 G equipment is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. The dust collection unit is suited for intermittent operation only, because regular cleaning of the pocket filter element in certain intervals is an absolutely must for the proper operation of the equipment. The cleaning intervals will depend on the operating conditions and must be established by experience. Normally cleaning intervals will be between operating times of 30 minutes to two hours. It is a prerequisite for sufficient and intensive cleaning of the filter cloth that dust collecting is interrupted during cleaning to achieve static pressures on the filter material. A retention time of 1 - 2,5 minutes between the end of the suction and the beginning of the cleaning process is therefore required. The filtered air must be removed outside - do not lead back to closed rooms!
