A gourmet style very delicious and hot chilli sauce made with roasted capia peppers, sun dried hot chilli peppers, garlic, honey and salt and fermented for 1-2 weeks in barrels then cooked with a touch of tomato paste and vinegar as a final touch. This is the “mild” version of the Allezz Roasted Hot Pepper Sauce. It is a very tasty and unique hot sauce which can be consumed in every kind of meal such as; meat dishes, sea food, vegeterian cusine, sandwiches, charcuterie and delicatessen products. Also it can be used as a complement sauce to any meal and other sauces. This product is 100% Vegetarian, additive free and made with all natural ingredients. It is made with honey instead of refine sugar and/or artificial sweetners.

Freshly collected foods from all over Turkey are dried in sterile ovens. Then it is processed into powder by grinding machines and packed according to sterilisation and standardisation rules and shipped to every corner of the world.
