Dosing pots are required in order to feed liquid chemicals such as corrosion inhibitors into closed systems. The dosing pots consist of a mild steel vessel with an inlet (return) and outlet (flow) valves, a drain valve, and a filling valve. A steel tundish, air release valve, wall mounting brackets, and a non-return valve. Dosing pots can also be supplied without the valves, and air release valve if requested.

EMA Aviation Tote Tank was designed and manufactured specifically for the transportation and storage of aviation fuels. It also includes the center drain design, fork lift channels, 2" outlet valve with 1" sample valve. The Jet-A Aviation container has unique feature that encompasses a 1" valve on the bottom adjacent to the 2" discharge valve. This valve is for sampling the fuel and/or draining possible condensate off the container. The valve is located at the lowest point on the bottom. The Jet-A tank has the same capabilities of the standard IBCs in handling all hazardous liquid systems. EMA designes manufactures hundreds of intermediate bulk containers and bins (IBC's) per year.

Compressor block and cylinders are casted from grey iron EN GJL250 material and the crankshaft is casted from ductile iron EN-GJS 500-7 material. Splashing lubrication is made with the help of a bar which is integrated into the design of the crankshaft. There is a mini ball valve integrated to the body, enabling easy evacuation of compressor oil. Outlet of this valve is fitted with a removable blind plug against the risk of discharged oil.
