We offer glass processing by CNC like shaping, cutting drilling works.

Processed Glass with any sizes between the thickness of 4-10 mm. Minimum 40x40 mm can be polished and 50x50 mm can be beveled Tempered Curved&Flat, Bronzed, Fumed and Reflective types are available.

Processed Glass with any sizes between the thickness of 4-10 mm. Minimum 4x4 cm can be polished and 5x5 cm can be beveled. Tempered Curved&Flat, Bronzed, Fumed and Reflective types are available.

Because of high frequency of start stop cycle, autoclave manufacturing needs more experience and controls than other pressure parts. With our expert stuff, we have given a service since 1992 about autoclaves. Our autoclaves have high operational safety. Autoclave covers are extremely easy to open and close, and are safe against high temperatures and pressures. German Scholz Gmbh, which has proven its experience in Autoclave jaws depending on customer demands, as we do the design and production of autoclave jaws with seamless and weldless hot roll rings in our company. We also supply covers from the company and we can use these covers in our products.

Flat glass tempering furnace is designed to make heat resistant and stronger glass for the cut and processed glass. Flat glass, reflective glass, colored glass and hard-coated (Low-E) glass can be tempered. Glass tempering is performed in maximum quality.

Safety and quality is the number one priority of SİMGLASS®. We produce SİMsafety® safety glass products in sizes up to 2500 mm * 4800 mm and in high quality standards. Heat toughening is part of the work done in SİMGLASS® during the production of tempered glass. Adhering to customer demands, we can produce tempered safety glasses with flat, curved, CNC process.

Waste heat boilers are the equipment used in the production of process fluids such as steam, hot water or hot water by recovering this heat in processes where there is high temperature waste heat. For example, cogeneration plants, cement plants, glass factories or steel production process chimneys are potential sources for waste heat boiler application. Design and production with CE/ASME mark can be made according to EN12952 & EN12953 & ASME standards with smoke tube, water tube or combined. Depending on the operating time of the system, the payback period for installing such boilers may be limited to several years, so they are quite attractive systems to invest in.
