We offer glass processing by CNC like shaping, cutting drilling works.

The air duct is made of sheet metal construction. It is possible to make the desired air setting with air valves. Thanks to the mica glass, the cleaning process of the product can be clearly seen. The air duct is used to separate foreign substances that are lighter than the product with the help of air. It is mounted in front of the garbage separator and at the outlet of the peeler. The feeding table located at the product entrance ensures homogeneous goods flow throughout the channel. The rear curtain, which is moved throughout, allows the duct cross-section to be adjusted as desired by means of adjustment bolts. This precise adjustment of the air speed in the duct ensures that the light substances in the grain passing through the duct are separated in the desired amount.

The Marathon MM series platform consists of five IR temperature sensor models, each with a measurement wavelength and temperature range appropriate for specific application needs, from low temperature plastic processing to high temperature glass and metals processing. The Marathon MM features Precision Variable Focus that allows fast, easy and accurate adjustment of the focus of measurement targets, either by push-button at the rear of the instrument or remotely via an RS232/RS485 PC connection, where adjustments can be seen in real-time through video. Sensors with variable focus option can be configured according to specific application requirements, reducing the installation time and chance for incorrect installation. All sensors feature identical installation hardware and include Raytek DataTemp Multidrop software to enable easy and consistent installation, configuration and data capture across the full breadth of an applications.

The ROPP capper is the automatic capping machine which is designed to tighten pilfer proof cap for wine bottles, olive oil bottles, drinks bottles etc. It is suitable for φ12-55mm bottle caps (Equipment can be customized according to lid diameter). The automatic operation helps you save labor and reduce production error. The capping machine is a suitable equipment for roll-press-sealing the aluminum caps for the plastic bottle, pet bottle, as well as glass bottle. It processes the screw-press capping for the bottle under the rolling press from hobs, automatically feeding bottle, caps, removing the reverse caps. The capped bottle favors the characteristics like the stable capping effect, convenient uncapping, so that it function as conterfeit and anti-theft.

TIM thermal imaging cameras are designed for non-contact measurement of surface temperatures from -20 °C to 1900 °C. They enable efficient monitoring and control of temperature-critical processes both with low temperatures (e.g. in cooling chains) and with very high temperatures (e.g. in glass and metal processing). Their high thermal sensitivity makes these infrared cameras ideally suitable for precise and dynamic tasks. Different performance classes enable a suitable model to be selected for every application. The camera is connected via a USB interface, which also supplies the power.

The basic material for isoTHERM® 1000 - Tapes is produced by a chemical refinement process. The components that melt at a low temperature are eliminated from E-glass fibres in this process, so that the temperature resistance level is increased. The products can be identified by their light blue colour. isoTHERM® 1000 has extremely textile properties, does not irritate the skin at all and is classified as absolutely harmless to health. Available dimension: width: 8 - 120 mm, thickness: 2 - 10 mm.

The Datapaq Furnace Tracker Systems for Glass Tempering and Bending from Fluke Process Instruments feature the Datapaq DP5 data logger, low height thermal barriers from our TB75/TB77 range, thermocouples and our intuitive Insight™ Software to create a complete solution. This solution is optimized specifically for the glass tempering process, where the height at the furnace entrance is typically very limited. The system’s unique thermal barrier design includes an exterior ceramic coating to ensure there is no metal contact with furnace rollers. External casing components for urban buses and longdistance coaches For many years, we have been developing casing components for the exterior of buses and railway vehicles here at TC. One advantage of GRP profiles is that we can produce different component lengths based on just one tool. This increases flexibility in design. The components are based on a profile made of glass fibrereinforced plastic, which we process in our CNCcontrolled milling machines to produce precisioncut parts for e.g. wheel arches, indicators and maintenance covers. We can also install reinforcements or addon parts at the same time if required.

The cutting, drilling, bevelling, grinding, CNC, water-jet, screen printing, digital printing and sanding operations are carried out in our factory. Several edge processing methods such as bevelling, band grinding, herringbone grinding are applied in our processing facility. The plain and figured sanding operations are opacifying operations applied on the glass surfaces with sanding method. We can carry out all kinds of operations such as glass cutting, grinding, drilling, writing and drawing shapes with our glass processing machine controlled by a computer. The water-jet cutting method is the technology which can cut all kinds of materials in the world from 0,1 mm to 170 mm such as hard or soft glasses, marbles, metals. We can provide water-jet cutting operations in our facility from 50x50 mm minimum and to 2100x1500 mm maximum.

In our weaving facility, we produce a wide range of SIGRATEX woven fabrics and tapes. We use 1k, 3k, 6k, 12k, and 24k carbon fiber tows as the material basis. In hybrid woven fabrics, we also process glass and aramid fibers.

ODE infrared detectors detect the infrared radiation of hot objects from 300° C to 2000 ° C. Glass cutting is a complex process requiring innovative technologies. Our lasercut technique allows many possibilities in terms of shape whether straight or rounded. Moreover, this step does not alter the resistance of the glass and provides highquality straight edges finish.
