Heat transfer between a gaseous media and a liquid finned tube heat exchangers are often called air/water heat exchangers or gas/water heat exchangers. Heat transfer between a gas (for ex. air, steam) and a liquid (for ex. water, seawater, oil) takes place in the air-/water heat exchangers. Very often air/water heat exchangers are used as exhaust heat exchanger to gain the energy out of warm or hot exhaust fumes. Finned tube radiators can also be used as air heater, air cooler or condenser To improve the thermal output transfer from the gas to the liquid, fins made of well heat transferring materials are put on the tubes. The great increase of the thermal efficiency when applying fin tubes allows a substantial reduction in size and costs of such cooling equipment. The surface of such tubes is substantially increased and consequently less tubes are required compared with exchangers with plain tubes.

Heated type blower chemical air dryers are devices used to remove moisture from compressed air. These devices are pressurized It dries the air in two stages. In the first stage, compressed air passes through a column filled with silicagel, a desiccant substance. Silicagel dries the air by absorbing moisture in the air. In the second stage, a heated blower dries the silica gel, making it ready to absorb moisture again. The most important feature of heated type blower desiccant air dryers is that they do not use compressor air. Blower and high efficiency with the support of the heater, waste air is sucked and heated fully automatically. Thanks to the high-tech PLC (electronic control) dew point and heating/regeneration are adjusted and moisture is removed in the most efficient way. Reduces air loss. Conventional desiccant dryers use dried air during regeneration and compressed air causes loss. Heated type blower desiccant air dryers use atmospheric air during regeneration.

High Performance Ovens is engineered to meet the most critical temperature requirements. They are designed for continuous drying operations at temperatures up to 240°C. Horizontal air flow provides fast heat-up and recovery and ensures rapid drying. Heated air is continuously circulated by turbo blower. A high temperature gasket door seal eliminates air leakage and ensures longer gasket life while being subjected to extreme operational temperatures.

Convectors for commercial vehicles and buses

Thanks to large contact surface of water with smoke pipes, high operational safety and longer boiler life are guaranteed. The small water volume provides a better inside circulation and safe heat transfer with faster steam generation time. Increased strength and flexibility with corrugated furnace that is manufacturing by Eralp in 900°C degrees. In 3-pass Shell boiler design, the heat load of furnace is less than 1,2 MW/m. The result of this design is an ideal combustion with less NOx emissions, thus it causes lower fuel consumption. Further gains in efficiency can be obtained by using economizer for feeding water by preheating and air-heater for combustion air heating. The energy of flue gas can be recovered and the efficiency of boiler system is increased 5-8%. According to pressure of boiler, efficency increase up to %91. Eralp manufactured the highest efficent boiler (totally efficiency=%98,4) with two economisers which efficency tested and approved by Notify Body.

Material Specially rolled 6063 aluminum profile. It is used as a suction or blowing grille in the ventilation system. Surface Coating Standard coating is natural aluminum anodized. Optionally, electrostatic powder paint can be made.
