Electrostatic powder coating is a solvent-free surface coating method. The coating material is very fine powder paint particles that make up the top coat layer. Powder paint is thrown in the paint booth by means of special spray guns. Electrostatically charged powder paint particles while passing through the gun adhere to the material to be painted in the cabinet and the coating process is realized. The result is a very durable, economical, environmentally friendly, wide color range and glossy surface coating. Solvent-free, surface quality, durability, paint recovery system, economy and environmental sensitivity make electrostatic powder coating a more attractive alternative to traditional painting processes. Combined spraybooths are designed for manual painting application for automotive industry with downdraft ventilation and drying system. It is manufactured from insulated panel body. Installed to the factory ground or to an metal basement, extraction air ducts are placed at the ground, Fresh air plenum and filtering system is located at the ceiling that creates clean environment inside the spray booth during the painting and drying application. Painting or drying option are selected manually from the control panel, flash-off and cooling positions are automatically controlled. Includes standard type illumination system and optionally Ex-zone, electrical control panel and wiring to the control panel is done. The spray booth is fully controlled by PLC control system and a touch panel. Control system indicates when filters gets contamnated. Filters are easy replaceable. The spraybooth is CE certificated and conforms to the European Norms.

EFKC filtered shelter fans are used to supply fresh air. It can be used in two different positions thanks to the by-pass cell. Normally, the air is sent indoors only by passing through the G4 Filter. When we want the air to be cleaned, it is passed through the G4 cassette filter, active carbon cassette filter and M6 cassette filter, which is more sensitive than the coarse filter, and sent indoors. By-pass air dams are made with a sliding system.
