It is used for peeling the shells of wheat, barley, rye and similar grains and for cleaning dust, sand, small seeds, husks, insects and foreign matter stuck on these grains. Spiral kneading machines are commonly preferred by bakery and pastry shops in order to shorten the usual kneading time. The bowl is fasten to the mixer`s body with a locking system. By the way kneading standardization is always assured. Parts are cleaned, rust removed, rinsed, phosphatized and dryed in conveyor bent tunnel w ashing machines, all these applications are nonmanuel. Isolation is very sensitively handled for the energy saving. PLC containing systems can be controlled from operation panel. Our all machines contain automatic water feeding and liquid level control systems.

Dolfin KNV series conveyor belt washing machines are parts washing machines used for washing parts produced in series in large quantities. The parts placed at the entry point are moved towards the exit point of the device by means of the conveyor. The parts guided on the conveyor line are washed with high pressure, pre-washing, washing, rinsing, spraying with passivation liquids.
