Dolfin KNV series conveyor belt washing machines are parts washing machines used for washing parts produced in series in large quantities. The parts placed at the entry point are moved towards the exit point of the device by means of the conveyor. The parts guided on the conveyor line are washed with high pressure, pre-washing, washing, rinsing, spraying with passivation liquids. At the end of the cleaning process, these parts are dried with pressurised hot air and discharged at the exit point. If desired, it can be integrated into production processes and robotic loading and unloading options are also available. While the entire device is fully automatic, all washing details are parametric. Cleaning is provided at any desired level by means of spray nozzles specially designed according to the part geometry.

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of cylindrical and heavy parts with total length up to 4500 mm and diameter up to 150 mm. Each part is placed on a trolley and loaded inside the chamber of the machine. The cleaning process is carried out by seven nozzle collectors – six rotating and one moving up/down. The machine provides a combination of fully automated and manual cleaning. The dosing of the detergent is manual. The washer is equipped with a filter that catches particles with dimensions larger than 250 μm. There is mounted a fan for exhausting of the vapour and lighting inside the washing chamber. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.

The parts to be washed are placed on stainless steel rotative basket and are washed with water mixted with degreaser under high pressure. Washing is done in order to clean oil, sawdust, dirt and wastes on dirty surfaces from different angles by means of time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles according to the part structure and pollution rate. By filtering the water with the recirculation system, the machine is designed to wash parts with minimum consumption of water, detergent, electricity and time.
