Our last realisation - transport platforms. Such constructions, manufactured from scratch in our factory, will be used for transport by sea a 470 ton generator. They were manufactured according to the General Electric Power specification. Before they reach the customer, they will be protected against corrosion.

The GEDA 300 ZP P, GEDA 500 ZP P and the 1500 ZP P have turned out to be efficient height access technology tools throughout the years. The transport platform GEDA 1500 Z/ZP unites two different machines in one: a hoist for materials with a load bearing capacity of 2000 kg and a transport platform for material and persons. In contrast to ordinary material hoists, for which the transport of people is strictly prohibited, the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP may transport 7 people in addition to goods as soon as it has been switched to the operating mode “transport platform“. Just as for all other GEDA twin mast transport platforms, you can choose between a lot of different transport platforms and as many different types of roofs. The load platforms provide enough space for bulky and heavy building materials. This can help to improve logistics on site. In order to prevent people from falling down, hot-dip galvanized landing level safety gates with mechanically locked sliding doors are installed to all loading and unloading points.

The single mast transport platform GEDA 1200 Z/ZP represents an alternative to the well-known GEDA uni-mast system platforms. Its maximum load bearing capacity of 1500 kg or up to 7 people makes this single mast platform the ideal hoist for transporting people and materials. he load bearing capacity depends on the platform variant that is used. Four different platform variants with a maximum load capacity of 3700 kg allow the permanent transport platform to be used in a wide range of on-site conditions. Whether maintenance and repair work or in warehouses or logistics – the GEDA 3700 ZP P is the strong partner for all industrial applications and transports passengers and materials efficiently, quickly and safely. The greatest advantage, however, is the large platform of the GEDA 3700 ZP P. The four different variants with different load capacities are particularly suitable for transporting very bulky and heavy goods up to a height of 200 m.

The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP transport platform is the new powerhouse from GEDA. Thanks to the innovative GEDA SVARIO-MAST system, the transport platform is guided on only one mast and has a load capacity of 2500 kg. This makes it easy to transport heavy construction materials to their place of use up to a height of 200 m. The comfortable and large platform with dimensions of 1.45 m x 3.55 m can transport construction materials and up to 7 passengers quickly and safely. The extremely high platform (2.60 m) makes transporting bulky goods easy. For loading the platform on a lorry, the roof can simply be lowered to 2.10 m. With two separate controls, the GEDA 2500 Z/ZP can be used simply as a material hoist with a lifting speed of 40 m/min or as a transport platform for passengers and materials with a lifting speed of 12 m/min. The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP expands the versatile transport platform range and offers another solution for the individual conditions at your construction site.

The optimal helper when anchoring is not possible - the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP F! As a free-standing transport platform, it can become essential on a wide variety of construction sites. Whether architectural conditions, glass facades or simply current construction site conditions, the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP F is perfect as a free-standing construction hoist. Maximum flexibility and quick readiness for use are the special features of this hoist. Thanks to the GEDA UNI-X-MAST system, it can be operated free-standing up to a lifting height of 12 m and therefore without time-consuming anchorings. With a load capacity of 1300 kg, persons and material can be safely transported up and down. With two lifting speeds of 24 m/min in material mode and 12 m/min in personnel mode, rapid construction progress is guaranteed.

The mobile robot RB-CAR has RWD Ackermann kinematics. The traction is controlled by an AC motor with incremental encoder and the direction through a power steering system with absolute encoder. The trolley is easy to use. It is enough to bring the cargo platform under the transported cargo and tilt it towards you. It is possible to install both pneumatic and cast wheels with a diameter of 250 mm on the universal axle of the trolley, as well as ladder wheels with an estimated load capacity of 150 kg. Pneumatic wheels provide a smooth and easy ride. The design of the handle allows not only to easily maneuver the trolley, but also to use it as a stand when the trolley is horizontal.
