The Multi4 Bench responds to a station use in order to mark pieces of all dimensions thanks to several window sizes. This machine allows you to make alphanumeric or Datamatrix markings, individually or in large series. Its ergonomic column base has been designed for easy marking. Indeed, the quick height adjustment of the machine on the column, thanks to the quick shift function, allows you to adapt to the shape of your pieces. The optimal positioning of the head also offers you a great precision. The Multi4 control box is designed for intuitive use. Its easy shift function helps you in the realization of your markings thanks to the display of moving text on the screen. In addition, many connectivity options are available to best suit your needs. The controller has a large memory capacity, and its software is available in 21 languages. The machine has the IDI function which guarantees the quality of the marking whatever the differences in level between the piece and the stylus.

Graphix Plus is an all-in-one laser marking station equipped with an electrical door (manual control) with an opening of up to 580mm. It has a large loading capacity and can be used to mark small to medium-sized parts. The X-axis is motorised, allowing the head to move vertically, giving a marking zone 475mm long. The marking head with on-board camera allows you to view the rendering and position the marking on-screen, thanks to the Smart View function. There's no need to move the part to ensure that the marking is correctly positioned; it adapts to the part, as everything can be controlled from the screen. Its ergonomic software developed by Technomark is very easy to use. It has a materials database, enabling marking to be done in just a few clicks. The station has a 250x225mm opening on the left-hand side for marking long parts. Its aluminium plate with universal T-slot allows various clamping systems to be fitted, such as a rotating D-axis for marking cylindrical parts.

Buddy is a portable dot peen marking machine, controlled by smartphone giving you infinite marking freedom, indoors or outdoors. Its user-friendly mobile application (subject to licence) makes it easy to create marking files. It can be used by an unlimited number of users and with any type of Android 10+ smartphone. It is part of Connect.series, the first range of dot peen marking equipment to offer wireless communication between the marking head and its control unit via a secure WiFi protocol. Buddy has an integrated 22V lithium-ion battery designed specifically to ensure the machine is lightweight, powerful and durable. It's made from hard-wearing technical plastic and features protective bumpers that make Buddy a robust piece of marking equipment. It has a multifunctional support foot for marking on cylinders or at the end of a bar, as well as for holding the head on the parts to be marked.

Comby is a tablet-controlled 2-in-1 dot peen marking machine with wireless communication between the marking head and its control unit. Easy to use, the application lets you create and modify marking files in just a few clicks. Comby is a combined machine. It takes less than 10 seconds to switch from one configuration to another, and no tools are required. The workbench configuration enables small parts up to 295 mm high to be marked. The compact, all-in-one column base features universal grooves that allow multiple clamping systems, such as a rotating D-axis, to be fitted. In portable mode, the 22V lithium-ion battery in the head guarantees lightness, performance and durability. In addition, the portable control unit enables the operator to carry out indoor and outdoor marking on large parts. The marking head is equipped with a multifunction support foot to hold the head on the workpiece and to mark on small and large cylinders or at the end of the bar.

Traceability codes like RFID or data matrix have established themselves in the area of product traceability. Yet they are not per se counterfeit-proof. SECUDATA® therefore combines the logistic advantages of the different traceability codes with the counterfeit protection of our micro colour-codes. Both codes are conjointly applicable onto the product, its primary or secondary packaging, labels or closure seals. The traceability system as well as the product can thus be identified as originals. Merchandise management data can be checked in databases worldwide. In a first step, the traceability code is verified. But only the verification of the colour-code unambiguously identifies the authenticity of the traceability code and the product. Additionally, counterfeit-proof delivery and freight documents as well as other accompanying documents can be issued. Customised seals and hologram labels, control seals and closures are also manufactured and protected against counterfeiting.

Leak Test Manager is a software application for PC compatible with Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10 that allows interfacing ForTest equipment to a computer via an RS232 connection (or Ethernet if optional is available on the instrument) The features offered by the software are the follows: Real-time display of data detected by the control unit Graph of pressure and decayin real time Set test parameters directly via software Automatically download test results to Excel, Access or CSV files Interface to barcode reader for article code tracking with test results Possibility to start/stop/change testing programs History of the results with measured values Is it possible to require a demo version of the software for evaluation purposes

Large heat and flow meters are often used continuously for decades after an initial calibration at external test benches. A recalibration of these meters within their actual operation conditions was not possible so far. In the best case scenario those flow meters are unmounted and recalibrated on an external test bench. Drawback of this method is an interruption of supply in addition to its already high costs. Furthermore, calibration conditions can differ greatly from actual operation conditions compared to test bench conditions, so even if calibrated, the measurement uncertainty in operation remains fairly unknown. This often leads to more difficult fluid distribution optimizations and leaves billing fairness to a gamble. More precisely measured values of flow sensors may uncover hidden saving potentials within the fluid distribution system and allow more exact performance indicators, improving energy efficiency.
