Our enclosed module featuring an internal power supply and printhead driver board, enables communication between the DOD printhead technology and the MPERIA controller through an Ethernet connection. V-Links can be stacked and networked through MPERIA®, providing a flexible and scalable system for small or very large applications.

Our Drop-on-Demand (DOD) systems feature the longest life and most reliable printhead in the industry. The exclusive micro-valve technology dramatically lowers ink consumption while maintaining impressive quality and speed. Our robust 8000+ series printheads produce a high-resolution mark by overlapping a series of smaller dots.

Traceability codes like RFID or data matrix have established themselves in the area of product traceability. Yet they are not per se counterfeit-proof. SECUDATA® therefore combines the logistic advantages of the different traceability codes with the counterfeit protection of our micro colour-codes. Both codes are conjointly applicable onto the product, its primary or secondary packaging, labels or closure seals. The traceability system as well as the product can thus be identified as originals. Merchandise management data can be checked in databases worldwide. In a first step, the traceability code is verified. But only the verification of the colour-code unambiguously identifies the authenticity of the traceability code and the product. Additionally, counterfeit-proof delivery and freight documents as well as other accompanying documents can be issued. Customised seals and hologram labels, control seals and closures are also manufactured and protected against counterfeiting.

Large heat and flow meters are often used continuously for decades after an initial calibration at external test benches. A recalibration of these meters within their actual operation conditions was not possible so far. In the best case scenario those flow meters are unmounted and recalibrated on an external test bench. Drawback of this method is an interruption of supply in addition to its already high costs. Furthermore, calibration conditions can differ greatly from actual operation conditions compared to test bench conditions, so even if calibrated, the measurement uncertainty in operation remains fairly unknown. This often leads to more difficult fluid distribution optimizations and leaves billing fairness to a gamble. More precisely measured values of flow sensors may uncover hidden saving potentials within the fluid distribution system and allow more exact performance indicators, improving energy efficiency.
