The flatbed semi-trailer is designed for the transportation of products such as 20 Ft, 30 Ft, 40ft, 45 ft, container, loaded flat reck, open-top container. Also known as container carrier trailer. The steel plate clad on the chassis body provides a flat appearance. The raised surface prevents the load from being moved. Available from 2 axles to 4 axles. Container corner connection and locks ensure load stabilization. It is also suitable for carrying 2 20 ft containers. The distance between the axles and the kingpin is adapted to the center of gravity. It has a capacity of 20 to 40 tons.

ELECTRICAL ELEVATOR WITH FRONT TIPPING BY 85° FPLTM10E The elevator-tilter for dump boxes with hydraulic pump driven by the rudder allows operators to lift and fold up to a maximum of 85° each type of fork mounted container (plastic, metal, wood) and to withdraw/deposit products with maximum safety. The height of a pick-up is about 1000-1200 mm. (Depends on the level of tipping) and allows operators to maintain an ergonomically correct position. Equipped with sturdy steel frame with fork tip rounded, steering wheels in polyurethane with parking brake and foot protectors. OPERATION: After braking the wheels, for lifting it is sufficient to press the button on the rudder which regulates the ascent and descent of the forks. The tilting is done by pressing the buttonhole located on the rudder, the UP button tilts the load to the operator, while the DOWN button will lower it again.

For pneumatic control of the tipper position (up/down), this hand lever operated valve when actuated, operates the hydraulic valve and engages PTO.
