Process simulation - Import export

With the miniPilot product family (reactor, nutsche filter, scrubber) we offer miniplant pilot reactors for chemical process development, scale-up, process simulation and kilo-scale production. The reactors' explosion proof design (ATEX) and inert materials allow safe processing of solvents and acids in a completely sealed reaction vessel. The compact standard reactor setup can easily be modified, interchangeable reaction vessels of 5, 10 and 15 liter including interchangeable stirrers are available. The reaction vessel is installed on a lifting / lowering device to simplify opening and cleaning. The distillation glass overhead is built with flexible ball-socket joints for multiple chemical reactions under full vacuum. A clean-room setup and other materials are available to meet your specific process requirements.

Corrosion testing requires the realistic simulation of the process environment. These environments often include HPHT (high pressure high temperature) conditions. Thanks to our proprietary designs and the use of high-performance materials our industry leading HPHT corrosion testing autoclaves are suitable for the most challenging corrosion testing applications. We have worked jointly with customers from various industries such as upstream and downstream oil & gas, petrochemicals, steel, nuclear and conventional power generation, inspection, certification and testing to design, engineer and manufacture customized corrosion testing solutions for their individual applications.

Perfect die-casting components are not the only strength of the DGS brand. As a process-oriented full-service partner we offer numerous complementary services to our customers. In our development department we work with state-of-the-art CAD and CAM equipment, which enables us able to perform client-specific FEM calculations and complete die-casting process simulations. To ensure the best possible production efficiency, we are in contact with our client’s experts in the early stages of design and prototyping, a collaboration which continues after the casting process. Our know-how goes far beyond quality checks and logistics; in many cases we take over the responsibility for development, surface finishing, shot peeling, machining, galvanising, coating, painting and the assembly of parts and systems. The result from the client’s point of view: less interfaces and more time for essentials.
