We produce films for Flowpack machines, paying special attention to the sealing and barrier properties of the film, thus ensuring their compatibility with high-speed horizontal and vertical machines. The FLOW IN films represent a complete solution for the packaging requirements of the product, the packaging equipment, and the market trends. They guarantee the required storage time and an excellent presentation of the product. The FLOW IN films can be transparent, colored or printed.

The Vertical Machining Center combines advanced technology, productivity and value for a wide variety of applications. The machine is built with more productivity-enhancing features than any other vertical in its class. Equipped with the MAZATROL Matrix Nexus CNC, this control provides conversational or EIA programming, giving the capability and productivity necessary for today's technology driven shops.

The VCN-430A vertical machining center brings advanced technology, value and productivity to a wide variety of machining applications. With the lowest cost of ownership in the industry, the machine features a single table design and ample axis travels for processing one or multiple parts in single machine setups. A standard high-performance spindle allows the machine to achieve an effective balance of speed and torque for the fast and heavy-duty cutting of a wide variety of materials.

Vacuum El System offers precision CNC turning, milling and 5-axis machining for a large variety of materials and batch sizes, ranging from single prototypes to serial production. Our state of the art vertical machining centres and lathes coupled with an integrated CAM system provide flexibility and allow production of very complex parts with single setup. We ensure high quality output by applying intermittent control during production as well as final control. We currently operate high precision vertical centres and lathes from Mazak with maximum workpiece size of Ø730mm and max height of 1000mm, with tolerance of ± 0,003 mm.
