PATELEC Elpena Sp. z o. o. offers the Copper Transformation Service. We transform 8 mm copper rod into single and multi-wires in compliance with the EN 13602 standard, strand wires in compliance with the EN 60228 standard. To grant the highest quality, we test the strength, elongation, tensile and resistance, internally in our Laboratory.

The IST AG 200 °C Pt Temperature Sensor Series offers an excellent long-term stability and fast response time with low self-heating within a temperature range of -200 °C to +200 °C.​ The sensors are offered in various standard lengths with Cu/Ag- single or stranded wire with PTFE -insulation. The directly welded wires offer an outstanding robustness and are optimal for connector assemblies or for soldering, welding and crimping. Additionally, the 200 °C Pt temperature sensors are also available with Ag-wire (Ø 0.25 mm) and metallized backside. This little motor has impressive torque and high RPMs. Reliable operation with quick movements of low loads. Stepper motors from igus® are a good supplement to drylin® linear axes. They are characterised by their cost-effectiveness, their precision and easy control. They work reliably under the most varied environmental conditions (depending on the selected class of protection IP). The igus® stepper motors can be connected to the most common motor controls using standardised electrical connection. Motors with stranded wires are the least expensive and the most common stepper motors. The connecting wires for this type exit from the housing and will be connected with a JST connector. They are usually installed in machines and equipment that have an additional housing or are used in clean environments.

For designs that require a stepper motor with directly integrated lead screw, drylin® E offers the ideal solution. The stand-alone versions with NEMA11 stepper motor (very small type) are available in a compact type with or without encoder. The lead screw is centred and in combination with the dryspin® high helix thread technology, the system has a long service life. Stepper motors from igus® are a good supplement to drylin® linear axes. They are characterised by their cost-effectiveness, precision and easy control. The igus® stepper motors can be connected to the most common motor controls using standardised electrical connection. The encoder sends signals from the motor to the motor control. The Eddie Wire Straightening Tool has been designed to work with Flat-Flex® and Flat-Flex® XT® belts. Straightening wire strands during belt joining, regular maintenance checks, and at the beginning / end of each shift is vitally important. The three ends of the wire straightening tool have been machined with slots that accommodate multiple wire diameters each.

The Metzner AM 1000 is a sensation among the tabletop units. The automatic cutting and stripping machine processes cables, strands and wires up to 9 mm diameter and 6mm² cable cross-section with a special cutting and pull-off force (optional 10 mm², depending on material). The clamp consists of a power section, which is a U shaped strand of several spiral wires, fastened together with a special solution, on the inside of which an abrasive is applied. The protector for additional protection of the cable is a set of individual spirals or glued strands.

These cables are made of multi-stranded copper wire conductors which makes them very flexible. Galvanised steel wire provides protection against corrosion and oxidation and ensures additional mechanical protection. They are commonly used in industrial machines, heating and air conditioning systems, fuel pumps. They can be used in dry or moist places with medium mechanical stress and where flexible application is required.
