The compact steam superheaters of type series PVN reach high steam temperatures even at low process pressure. Due to the compact design and control concept, they are characterised by short response times, high control precision, and high availability (existing redundancies). In many cases, our steam superheaters are designed as a "stand alone" system and provided completely assembled with all necessary safety devices and controls. The customer must only provide the process connection and the electrical connection.

Through integration of the segmented disc valve technology, the desuperheater type 5090 is able to control steam pressure and temperature in the steam network easily. By using four injection nozzles and finely tuned water conditioning, process steam is generated from superheated steam at 3 20 K above the saturated steam temperature.

This inline thermocouple is especially invented for using under humid conditions. The patented TECsteam steam booster nozzle is used for cooling steam close to the saturated steam temperature or hot gases. The temperature is controlled by the injection of water into the steam or hot gas stream whereby the water is thermally atomised using high pressure steam. The high pressure steam is removed from and returned uncontrolled to the high pressure steam system. The temperature-dependent cooling water is supplied via a control valve. Extremely short evaporation sections of less than 3 m can be realised with this valve.

MK4000 & MK4000 VAC are steam generators designed for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, equipment and environments. The temperature of jacketed reactors can be controlled by TCUs (temperature control unit) large central heating/cooling units with secondary systems for individual reactor temperature control process steam (in case of large metal reactors) Our jacketed reactors are typically temperature controlled using heat transfer oil and TCU or central heating/cooling units. The heat transfer oil which is pumped through the jacket of the reactor controls the process temperature inside the reactor. The temperature range of the heat transfer oil spans from -80°C up to 300°C (depending on the heat transfer oil used).

ЕСОPAR 10 bar steam boilers are designed for generating saturated steam with a temperature up to 185 °С. Their steamgenerating capacity varies from 0,1 to 10 tons per hour at a steam pressure to 1,0 MPa. The boilers can be used to obtain steam for technological purposes of enterprises, as well as generation of heat energy for the heating systems of residential, public, and manufacturing buildings.
