The pellet crusher is a crusher specially designed to break 03-5mm granules into small pieces. With this design, the quality of pellet feed and pellet feed is improved. It is mainly used for poultry and fattening pellets and aquaculture pellets. The pellet crusher has two rollers, the working distance of which can be adjusted (manually or by motor). Sweet creamy fillings in a moulded, crisp extrudate shell The latest in sophisticated products from direct extrusion are the co-extruded, centre filled products. In these products a soft filling with a pumpable viscosity is metered continuously, using a suitable pump, into an extruded pipe, simultaneously while it is being extruded. The bristles of strip brushes are fitted in a metal backing tape. This allows the brushes to be mounted by means of holders or inserted into grooves. For example, as replacements for special circular and roller brushes. We supply all standard types in a length of 1.000 mm. We can supply seperate holders for fixing our strip brushes type 25 and type 40. The standard types are produced with backing strips of galvanized steel and filled with polyamide bristles (PA6) resp. mane hair (MAH).
