A precise alignment of the bearing housing is not required as the spherical bearing automatically compensates for error. Sweet creamy fillings in a moulded, crisp extrudate shell The latest in sophisticated products from direct extrusion are the co-extruded, centre filled products. In these products a soft filling with a pumpable viscosity is metered continuously, using a suitable pump, into an extruded pipe, simultaneously while it is being extruded. A special design co-extrusion die is used for this purpose. The result is an extruded pipe filled with a creamy mass. This pipe can then be moulded into various shapes continuously with the help of special moulding rollers. Raw-materials: It is important to choose a proper combination of the extrudate raw-materials and the filling mass in these kinds of products to ensure that they combine harmoniously in the final product to give a compatible eating experience to the consumer.

The dimensionCONTROL TMWI 8302.LC system is suitable for the inline weight inspection of continuous running rubber profiles (tread pattern or sidewalls) for passenger and truck tires. Based on the force measurement principle, the inspection system uses two load cells which measure the deflection of the measurement conveyor. These sensor elements are attached to a massive construction, which ensures a long-term mechanical stability of the system. The measurement conveyor uses precise and balanced aluminum rollers with special surface treatment. This ensures a low deadweight, avoids influence of unbalance and eliminates material sticking. Data obtained from the load cells are processed in the implemented PLC cards which determine the measured weight mathematically.The software included offers a variety of measurement data processing, definition of design profiles, statistical analysis of measured profiles and diagnostic tools.

The clearance is similar to C4, but the lower third of C4 range is eliminated for better control of the bearing clearance after mounting.

Graf-Flex-SP2 seals The Graf-Flex-SP-2 seal is a pointed sheet seal produced by a special process. The design of the seal is based on empirical values. Numerous tests have been carried out to verify the adhesion between the pointed sheet and the graphite coating as well as the surface quality, and thus the adhesion between the coating and the flange surface.The first phase of these tests led to special perforation of the carrier plate in terms of the geometric shape of the hole and hole distribution. The second phase took account of the adhesion of the seal to the surface of the flange and defined the surface quality of the graphite material. The values found in this way were transferred to the mass production process using a special procedure. . This consisted of a specially produced perforated roller for penetrating the sheet together with a special surface roller. Finally, the graphite coating is applied to the defined surface in the calendering process.
