HEAVY WALL FITTINGS are manufactured from customer specifications, or from accurate design according to the requirements of international codes, including ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME B&PV Code Section I, Section III, Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2, PED, RCCM, EN 13480, EN 10253 or others, and is supported by finite element analysis or calculation reports. SICURLINK ® system is a patented system used for the connection of prefabricated elements, based on the concept of the three-hindged arch. It is particularly suitable for seismic enhencement or retrofitting of already existing prefabricated structures which have been carried out by means of elements simply laid on the structures or with scarce connections. SICURLINK ® system fulfills all the performance requirements of the nantional and international seismic standards.

FIP INDUSTRIALE has developed a wide range of systems to reduce the effects of vibrations. Adblue® is a urea based product that has been designed for diesel engine vehicles with SCR system in accordance with the Euro emission standards. Adblue® reacts with (NOx) in exhaust gas comes from vehicles with SCR system to produce nitrogen and steam that are normally existing in the atmosphere. According to the Euro emission standards, emission of particle and (NOx) amount is restricted as %95 particle and %90 (NOx) respectively. Euro emission standards cannot be maintained when Adblue® is not used in the diesel engines with SCR system. Also engine thrust force and performances are directly related with the use of Adblue®. Using urea solution in SCR systems as a reduction material is accepted as key technology to reduce emission of nitrogen oxides.
