Based on the patented DryLyte technology, the robot module allows to treat metals and alloys in a fast, and cost-efficient way. To achieve the highest quality results in complex and heavy pieces, it counts with a precise 6-axis mechanical movement, to remove the roughness from the workpieces. DLyte10,000 delivers the full range of electrical parameters, from low to high frequency, parameter concatenation and asymmetric voltage. DLyte 100 is the largest compact electropolishing machine for grinding and polishing metal and alloy pieces. This range has been designed for companies that need the production of medium-scale metal parts. It has an anti-vibration support and a holder head designed to support a finger holder, bars, crowns, accessories, springs and wire. The series is available in three models, mentioned in ascending order of capacity: DLyte1, DLyte10, DLyte100, designed for companies in the dental, health and industrial sectors.
