We explain the basics of the most common sensors used in dynamic measurement technology, explain the general functionality of dynamic measuring systems and show, using the example of HGL hardware and software, how a dynamic measurement task can be prepared, carried out and evaluated. If you already have measurement technology from HGL, we offer you further courses to further deepen and optimize the handling of hardware and software. Here we focus entirely on your needs. We can provide an in-depth overview of the various hardware or software components or concentrate on individual aspects and deepen them.

EP Ehrler Prüftechnik manufactures LFEs in the flow rate range from 0.012 to 4000 m³/h. In addition to the standard range, EP offers customer-specific LFEs that are perfectly designed for your application. Suitable inlet and outlet sections and the corresponding mounting kits are available for all sizes for installation in customer applications. The achievable measuring accuracy depends largely on the sensor technology used, in particular the differential pressure sensor. When using high-quality sensors, measuring accuracies of up to 0.5 % MW can be achieved with LFEs in the measuring range of 1:10. In order to cover a very wide measuring range without restrictions in measuring accuracy, LFEs with overlapping flow ranges can be combined in one measuring setup. Alternatively, LFEs with correspondingly lower measurement accuracy can also be calibrated for an extended measurement range up to a maximum of 1:100.
