Pneumatic cylinders according to the norm, standard or special design, completely configured ready for installation and pre-assembled with add-on parts, bearing elements, compressed air connections, position sensors or control valves according to customer specifications.

Cylinder series with dimensions based on ISO 15552 with an integrated position measuring system based on magnetostriction. The position sensor allows a high degree of accuracy in measuring the cylinder position. Analogue output signal 0-10 V via M 12 connector.

The CZ series cylinders are manufactured according to ISO 15552 and have diameters between 32 and 125 mm. Standard version in single / double-acting, with magnetic piston and adjustable cushioning. A complete range of accessories for mounting and position sensing is available. Also available in a special version, as a tandem cylinder or with Viton seals for high temperatures. Version with weight-optimized lightweight profile tube including practical slot for position sensors.

The compact, guided cylinder CC is a linear drive with a lot of power and minimal dimensions. Generously dimensioned guide rods on plain bearings or ball bearings open up a wide range of application options in variable positioning with and without sensor queries.

NF EN ISO 14119 provides measures restricting the possibility of reasonably foreseeable fraudulent neutralization on locking devices. Some drawbacks The key does not provide inviolability. This system has problems related to minimum radius, alignment and breakage when operating the key. The switch often has only one door position contact and two locking contacts. For maximum performance level PL = e, a position sensor must be added with redundant outputs. This overburdens the wiring, occupying 4 inputs on a safety PLC.

The IFQ LOGGER is a portable converter and logger for Flow-Tronic flow sensors. It disposes of one RS485 digital serial communication port with specific communication protocols for RAVEN-EYE or BELUGA flow sensors and one 4-20 mA input for external level. The IFQ LOGGER combines high performance with low power requirements. The unit needs 12 VDC nominal power supply either provided from an optional battery pack or solar panels. The IFQ LOGGER keeps the same easy configuration enhanced by the IFQ MONITOR and stays in line with the flexible and modular architecture launched by the RAVEN-EYE. All flow sensors are field interchangeable. A dry contact output is available for users needing an output for samplers or any other instrument.
