The chain tensioner set can be combined with all tensioning elements to form a readytoinstall chain clamp. The symmetrical design enables use on both sides. Large radii ensure very quiet running. The highquality plastic does not require any lubrication. The maximum chain speed should not exceed 1.5 m/s in continuous use.

The T3 system combines smooth operation, low noise, simple assembly, and economy. The side bands, which snap together, replace a conventional pin and bore connection and prevent relative movements between the joints giving extremely low wear. This means virtually no wear or abrasion (cleanroom). The t-band's geometry means that hardly any polygon effect is generated when the energy chain is placed. The t-band therefore rolls in a very smooth arc, giving extremely low vibration and noise. In order to reduce the manufacturing and installation costs, the t-band is not mounted individually, but – much like the E3 system – in an eight-link length. Due to its low mass, the t-band is suitable for applications with low fill weights and short strokes combined with high speeds and accelerations.

Aside from the tried-and-tested uses of the E6, the new generation offers additional advantages which significantly simplify operation. Safely guide many different cables in a confined space with e-spool. e-spool uniquely combines two different energy supply systems: one standard energy chain is guided by a roller, providing the correct length and tension of the energy supply system through an integrated spring. In the home position, the energy chain is completely rolled up to save space. Chain clamps are used mainly in machine and plant construction. Chain clamps enable cylindrical, complicated and large to very large workpieces to be clamped securely and effectively in the quickest and easiest way. Suitable for cylindrical workpieces, valve bodies, pistons etc. The workpiece surface can be protected by attaching the plastic elements. Application: The knurled nut on the clamping bracket can be used to preset the chain length and the clamping force. The required torque is set on the clamping hook. Alternatively, bushes can be fitted by the customer to reduce the diameter.

The angle bracket enables easy mounting of the clamping elements directly on the machine component. The bore D2 serves to hold the clamping element. The clamping element can be mounted on the front or rear of the bracket. The bores D3 enable the bracket to used for other applications.

If necessary, a heavyduty dowel pin can be inserted in the positioning notch “P” for torque support.
