IKO Precision Positioning Table TE is a lightweight and compact positioning table using highstrength aluminum alloy for its main components, with a slide table assembled inside a Ushaped bed. A precision ball screw is used for the feeding mechanism, enabling highreliability and highprecision positioning. Lubrication part CLube is built into the linear motion rolling guide and ball screw, achieving long term maintenance free performance and reducing lubrication work. Various specifications such as ball screw lead, motor type and sensor mounting can be configured, enabling the optimum positioning table to be configured according to the application. The SM71 series force sensors were specially developed for measuring clamping forces. The short measuring path of 0.019 - 0.14 mm (depending on the measuring range) and a natural frequency in the kHz range guarantee optimal results even for highly dynamic tasks. Typical applications include the simple determination of screw preloads, where the force sensor is used as a “measuring washer”. The very good reproducibility is less than one percent of the nominal load. The sensor is available in measuring ranges from 20 up to 2000 kN. Hardened washers are already included in the scope of delivery for quick and easy installation. The extremely simple and robust design is made entirely of stainless steel (protection class IP68).

The new compact controller MDS-PLCconsists of a touch screen with integrated PLC. It can be operated for 4 independent dosing places/channels. It can be connected to every flow sensors, which can provide a 24 VDC pulse volume. For each dosing place/channel a correction of the overflow will be independently realized and with an adjustable maximum dosing time the valve will be closed. For each place/channel, there is a tolerance output available that reports if a dosage was performed within the prescribed limits. The dosage may be started and stopped by external inputs as well as with the touch screen. All inputs and outputs can be connected to the back side of the touch screen with screw terminals.
