Compact Controller MDS-PLC for dosing applications

The new compact controller MDS-PLCconsists of a touch screen with integrated PLC. It can be operated for 4 independent dosing places/channels. It can be connected to every flow sensors, which can provide a 24 VDC pulse volume. For each dosing place/channel a correction of the overflow will be independently realized and with an adjustable maximum dosing time the valve will be closed. For each place/channel, there is a tolerance output available that reports if a dosage was performed within the prescribed limits. The dosage may be started and stopped by external inputs as well as with the touch screen. All inputs and outputs can be connected to the back side of the touch screen with screw terminals.
