Starch molding machine is designed for production of fruit-jelly (including jelly candy), liqueur, fondant sweets and Korovka sweets by starch molding. The machine consists of a movable belt, a molding mechanism and a depositor mechanism. The tray is filled with starch which serves as a forming material. The confectionery mass is fed from the hopper to the dosing unit which performs deposition of sweets/molding the marmalade into molds formed in the starch layer.

The inverter machine VIKING 500A PRO is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of VIKING 500A PRO devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 500А (100% at 420 A). The welding inverter machine can be used at low temperatures and reduced supply voltage. Adjustable functions of hot start and arc reheat imply the ability to adjust the operation of the device with minimal spattering and allow you to perform work in any spatial position of the electrode and welded surfaces.

Operating from a single-phase 220 V network, the industrial welding inverter ТОРУС-250 Extra has an increased arc welding current up to 250 Amperes and, therefore, an increased percentage of operating time (TP). This allows performing continuous welding works: the device provides TP = 100% at an arc welding current of up to 225 Amperes (electrodes with a diameter of 5 – 6 mm). The power consumption when welding with “household” electrodes with a diameter of 3 mm is such that the device can be connected to a regular household outlet. Thus, the ТОРУС-250 Extra device is universal for industrial facilities and for cottage areas.

SURA-OM confectionery casting machine for casting sweets fudge in the correction . The machine consists of a moving chain conveyor. The mass from the hopper enters the gear-type dosing head, which performs the casting of sweets into silicone, polycarbonate molds, etc.

For testing cardio-stimulators and other medical devices, a set of the magnetic field sources was designed having a magnetic flux density in the working area from 1 to 300 mT.

The magnetic system of this field source is also built on the principle of nested cylindrical Halbach-structures. An important feature is the presence of two motors, controlled independently, so it is possible to manage the change not only the magnitude but also the direction of the magnetic field. Because the device was designed for operation together with an optical microscope, the vertical size of the system near the working region is reduced to 90 mm. Stepper motors, that turn the two magnetic subsystems, are located on the sides of the casing

This type of magnetic systems is developed for NMR applications, but can also be used for other tasks requiring the highly homogeneous magnetic field in the significant working volume. The main magnetic system, built on the principle of dipole Halbach-structure, is complemented by the additional corrective system of magnetic elements, that allows to bring the homogeneity of the magnetic field to the level of 10-4 in the desired working volume.

This magnetic system is specially designed for non-destructive testing of pumped vacuum devices, that required the creation of a uniform magnetic field not only in the center of the operating bore, but in the toroidal region of large size. The system is assembled on the basis of NdFeB permanent magnets.
