Component to continuously unload the products in granules and powder The rotary valve is a component to continuously unload the granular or powder products from the silos, hoppers, pneumatic transport systems, filters and cyclones. The powder coming from the filter hopper or the auger fall in the unloading outlet of the valve, are moved and then unloaded in the lower part. Powder suction/powder receiver hoppers use air to convey the powdery material and can be specified in butterfly valve type and rotary valve type. The advantage of air conveyor/pneumatic conveyor system is the small residual amount of pipeline, which ensures that the pipeline is empty between the production of each batch to meet food production regulations. The powder suction/powder receiver hoppers are designed to be quickly dismantled and cleaned, without tools, which is convenient for maintenance to comply with food regulations. The powder suction hoppers/powder receiver can be installed on storage barrels, mixers, packaging machines and mills, they are suitable for powdered food materials, chemicals and plastics. There are many options for the top filter to accommodate various feeding systems.

This grinder, with its multi-disc motor, has a unique and patented oil-free drive. As with turbo drives, the machine needs no lubrication and is nevertheless slim and handy. It has the same durability of lubricated multi-disc motors. A double row of bearings means that this grinder is even suited to extreme applications.

The TVD 3-100/3 ULTRA is distinguished by special hybrid bearings (steel/ceramic), which lead to a significant improvement of the service life in almost all application areas.

The angle head of this machine is very small. Carrying out good work in very inaccessible places is now much easier. Another advantage: the drive is in the angle head. This means that gears are not required, meaning less weight and no wear.

The turbo drive means that this machine needs no lubrication either. A brake run provides a high level of safety. A governor valve ensures that the speed remains constant whatever the load and serves to reduce air consumption. An elastic spindle support considerably improves the surface quality and reduces the wear of the milling tool.

Lightweight, with a proven, low-vibration SRD 355 motor; it ensures high precision and a long operating life. Its lightness and ergonomic form means that you don‘t tire quickly and allows you to carry out delicate deburring. It can be guided like a pencil and is also qualified for fine grinding, milling and engraving operations.

The machines are available in short, medium (L100) and long (L200) versions and thus ideal for jobs in hard to reach scopes.

This perfectly constructed machine can be also fitted at the front with a pair of high-performance supports instead of a single one and is, therefore, the ideal tool for extreme and long-term use. It is nevertheless light and sits snugly in your hand. Due to the high speed of this grinder it creates a very clean pattern, which makes it ideal for fine grinding, milling and engraving jobs. The unique belt guide system allows the use of very small belt widths without the belt coming off the roller. The MICRODYN is an abbreviation of the words "MICROclassificateur DYNamique". It is composed of one or several variable speed classification rotors, clean air for rinsing and a waste discharge spout. It is particularly effective for the production of very fine powder from a pulverulent produced by an existing grinding process. It is fitted as standard on the PAS Integrated Classifier mills. The fine particles are transported by the pneumatic circuit towards a finished product collector (cyclone or filter for finer products). The oversized particles are evacuated out of the circuit along a skirt or through a rotary valve.
