This grinder, with its multi-disc motor, has a unique and patented oil-free drive. As with turbo drives, the machine needs no lubrication and is nevertheless slim and handy. It has the same durability of lubricated multi-disc motors. A double row of bearings means that this grinder is even suited to extreme applications.

100.000 rpm and an elastic spindle support mean you achieve anoptimal surface quality when working on metallic materials. Noise emissions are also low. Thanks to the turbo drive it can be operated without lubrication (oil-free). No chatter marks also with finest deburring jobs.

The TVD 3-100/3 ULTRA is distinguished by special hybrid bearings (steel/ceramic), which lead to a significant improvement of the service life in almost all application areas.

The angle head of this machine is very small. Carrying out good work in very inaccessible places is now much easier. Another advantage: the drive is in the angle head. This means that gears are not required, meaning less weight and no wear.

Lightweight, with a proven, low-vibration SRD 355 motor; it ensures high precision and a long operating life. Its lightness and ergonomic form means that you don‘t tire quickly and allows you to carry out delicate deburring. It can be guided like a pencil and is also qualified for fine grinding, milling and engraving operations.

This perfectly constructed machine can be also fitted at the front with a pair of high-performance supports instead of a single one and is, therefore, the ideal tool for extreme and long-term use. It is nevertheless light and sits snugly in your hand. Due to the high speed of this grinder it creates a very clean pattern, which makes it ideal for fine grinding, milling and engraving jobs. The machines are available in short, medium (L100) and long (L200) versions and thus ideal for jobs in hard to reach scopes.

This high-performance grinder is the improved successor of the proven straight grinder SRD 645.Despite the high speed of 45.000 rpm, it consumes just 260 W of power. This design required a further improvement of the ratio of performance to air consumption.The lightweight and ergonomic shape also ensure perfect handling.

The unique belt guide system allows the use of very small belt widths without the belt coming off the roller. The tensioning system ensures continual tension in the belt thus contributing to the safety of the guide system. Available in lever or rotary valve variants. Individual work through the rotatable head. Furthermore it has a protective cap for safe handling.

The TransiTec discharge and metering device type DZR is a flat-bottom discharge device which is placed under cylindrical hoppers. The scraper arms provide for the flow of material and the continious feed of the dosing device(s) underneath. The discharge unit DZR can be installed under bag unloading stations as well as under container emptying stations, big bag emptying stations or buffer hopper. This discharge device for poor flowing and bridbuilding bulk materials consists of a cylindrical hopper with welded or boltet flat bottom. The cylindrical hopper ensures that the product flows evenly. An over the flat bottom rotating scraper, driven by geared motor, ensures a constant filling of the underlying dosing device or other aggregate (conveyor, screw, rotary valve, etc.).
