Automotive and Industrial – Suction/Vacuum hoses, Radiator hoses, Air & Water hoses. We supply EPDM hoses in a wide range of standard and customized shapes and sizes, with different fabric reinforced options. We also have EPDM corrugated (convoluted) hoses, for air-cleaner applications in Automotive Filters. These hoses have a higher than usual bend radius, for trickier connections, and high ‘vibration’ and ‘vacuum pressure’ resistance. The continuous service temperature of EPDM hoses is -30C to +120 degrees C maximum, with peak temperatures of 150 to 160 degrees C We also supply EPDM-Peroxide cured hoses, where exceptional compression set and heat resistance is needed.

Platinum cured Silicone Hoses have a very low glass transition temperatures. They are transparent, and hence one can see through the fabric reinforcement. Food grade silicones show excellent heat resistance, cold flexibility, dielectric properties and especially good resistance to weather, ozone and UV rays. Platinum-grade silicone formulations are designed specifically for use with food products. FDA approved silicone has reduced food taint and very low bacteria build up resulting in ultimately lower maintenance costs. The platinum-cured Silicone Hoses are reinforced with multiple plies of knit polyester; and wire too if needed, to withstand different pressure levels.The temperature range is between -50 °C +180 °C (upto 250 °C peak working temperatures if reinforced with meta-aramid)

Application: San-sil is a premium grade platinum cured, odourless, tasteless and completely non-toxic silicone suction and delivery hose with a smooth liner and cover. It is an ideal hose for all types of applications transferring liquid or semi-liquid chemical, food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical product. It is not suitable for handling abrasive particles. The POLYPAC® - Balsele is a compact rod seal consisting of an elastomeric sealing element and an integrated fabric reinforced base. Due to the radial pre-load an excellent sealing performance will be achieved even at low pressures. The fabric reinforced base prevents the seal from extrusion.

POLYPAC® - Veepac is a set of fabric reinforced Chevron rings comprising of a support ring , sealing rings and a pressure energising ring . In the packing set the energising axial force is transferred between the individual packing rings so that each ring is pressed into positive contact with the rod surface. Additional to the standard material special material grades are available for a large variety of working conditions.

Metzner has been developing and designing production machinery for tube machining for nearly three decades. Thanks to these many years of experience, today we can offer solutions that are adapted to the variety of different tube diameters and material properties. Wherever tubes have to be cut in very large quantities, impact knife machines are used. The Metzner Dynamat series achieves up to 4000 cuts per minute with one knife and, if required, an even higher cutting performance with multiple knives.
