Radiometric irradiance - Import export

Our radiometric sensors accurately measure the UV irradiance or illuminance with the RM-12 or RMD radiometer and the UV-MAT dose control. The built-in diffusers ensure the cosine correction that is required for non-vertical irradiation. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, the German national test authority); after being calibrated, they are supplied with a factory calibration certificate. Excellent long-term stability is achieved through the use of appropriate materials. Of course, a repair and spare parts service is available for many years. The integrated electronics produce a signal voltage that is transmitted to the radiometer. Various sensors can be used with a radiometer by means of internal electronics.

The industrial spectroradiometer iSR900 is an autonomous and high-resolution measuring system for fast and precise measurements in the UV, visible spectral range and IR. The spectroradiometer consists of an array spectrometer without moving parts and a silicon detector with 2048 pixels. The spectral resolution is 0.44 nm. The iSR900 is combined with an SMA-905 quartz light guide and our radiometric measuring heads for irradiance and illuminance measurement. The iSR900 is factory calibrated to PTB. A DAkkS test in our accredited laboratory is optionally available. The iSR900 thus allows accurate spectroradiometric measurements for the evaluation of irradiance and illuminance. The low-scatter design achieves high sensitivity in the UV range. Control and data evaluation take place in the iSR900 so that only a USB or RS485 / RS232 interface is required for the evaluation. With trigger input and output the iSR900 is ideal for automated measurements.

tinyTracker dosimeters are autonomous instruments for irradiance and dose measurement in UV belt systems. Due to the particularly flat design of the tinyTracker, this can be performed by irradiation of UV conveyor dryers and other industrial equipment. The recording of values automatically starts when exceeding an adjustable minimum irradiance. The integrated radiometric sensors can be configured for different UV and visible spectral ranges. The integrated diffuser serves for cosine correction that is necessary in non-perpendicular irradiation. The sensors are calibrated to PTB. The data recording is done on a removable SD card, data transfer - via USB. The power is supplied by a Li-Ion battery that provides a recording time of up to three hours. The Li-Ion battery can be charged directly via the USB interface. An additional power supply unit is included. The analysis and data export are done conveniently using a PC. The German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW) and the Austrian standardization committee have defined the requirements for UV water disinfection systems with UV low-pressure lamps in DIN 19294-1:2020-08. This also specifies the design, function and opening angle of DVGW reference radiometers. The previous technical rule W294-3 and ÖNORM 5873 continue to apply to devices for drinking water disinfection with medium-pressure lamps. The sensors are inserted into a pressurized water-tight measuring window tube, which enables simple and reproducible replacement of the sensors. With an aperture angle of 160°, our sensors are suitable for precise radiometric measurement of UVC irradiance in UV water disinfection systems. We offer these with reference radiometer RMD. The RMD as DVGW reference radiometeris one of the latest developments from Opsytec Dr. Gröbel GmbH.
