We provide sheet metal bending services using three precision Trumpf press brakes (TruBend_3100, TruBend_5085; TruBend_5320) with a maximum pressure of 320 tons and a maximum bending length of 4000 mm. Our well-equipped inventory of bending tools enables us to manufacture even the most complex parts, and dedicated software supporting machine operation allows us to simulate the bending process. All this guarantees the execution of orders with extreme precision and accuracy. In addition, in our machine park we have two CNC bending machines for bending pipes and profiles. We operate on both mandrel and mandrelless benders, while specializing in bending pipes and profiles. Bending pipes, we usually use the cold bending method, but in the case of such a need and the possibilities of a given material, we also work at a specific temperature. For this type of order, we use a professional three-roller tube and profile bender. It provides a maximum bending angle of 180 degrees and a diameter of 54 x 3 mm. We also offer specialized, very precise CNC tube bending. We process pipes made of various materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, and copper. This process involves the plastic processing of materials in such a way as to change the curvature of the pipe to the desired shape. It is done by squeezing some fibres and stretching others. Importantly, it does not affect the appearance of the material and does not change its technical properties.

Proper bending of aluminium and magnesium requires specific knowledge of the material. The phase in the process in which the material is bent is also crucial to the final result, right after pressing or only after hardening, for example. We bend metal sheets on numerically controlled (CNC) bending machines from AMADA, LVD, PROMECAN, DURMA. In addition to bending sheets in a straight line, we also perform profiling on cylinders and bending pipes and profiles. We have 9 CNC press brakes, on which we can bend elements up to a length of 4 meters. Our largest press has 4 meters of working length and 320 tons of pressure. In the near future, our machine park will be enriched with a robotic station for bending sheets with an Amada press with a length of 4 meters and a pressure of 220 tons.

SURVOS products are optimally suited to sheet metal forming, machining and assembly technology. Our SURVOS has also been successfully used in cutting and punching aluminium sheets, steel sheets, copper and brass sheets, in cold profiling, bending, embossing, sawing and drilling aluminium profiles for decades. SURVOS Plus L meets the strict food law requirements of the FDA US regulations in acc. with 21 CFR 178.3620(b) and 178.3120. SURVOS Plus has a high lubricity and quickly evaporates 100%.* * According to the specifications of the DAB (German Pharmacopoeia), an evaporation residue of < 0.01% is considered to be residue-free. The evaporation residue of SURVOS Plus L is 0.0045% or 45 ppm.

Our high-performance machining oil SENTOS V-LR3 has a somewhat higher lubricity compared to our SURVOS products. This product also consists of volatile components that evaporate down to a lubrication residue of 3%. All components are approved according to USA-FDA §178.3910 as surface residues for the manufacture of food packaging. This makes our SENTOS optimally suited as a lubricant and drawing agent for punching and deep drawing (even with high contact pressures), for cutting and perforation of sheets (aluminium, steel, copper, brass, zinc-plated), including transformer and electric sheets, as well as for painted and coated sheets in particular. In addition, our SENTOS is especially well suited for cold profiling, bending and embossing, as a cooling lubricant for sawing, drilling, milling and engraving as well as a lubricant for cutting non-metallic materials.
