To meet the needs of our clients, we have introduced on-site machine assembly services in Gdańsk, North Poland. Through collaboration with our partner, Intema Sp. z o.o., we have established structures and expanded our contract production department. The outsourcing-based production solution allows for increased volume and cost reduction. We execute projects based on provided documentation and guidelines. With extensive experience in creating various types of machines, we offer not only manufacturing but also technical support and consultancy. Our machinery park includes lathes, milling machines, water jets, and welding stations. We also have a purchasing department, enabling us to obtain optimal prices for all components. The production hall is located in Gdańsk, ensuring easy access to the port, airport, and excellent highway connections. We fulfill various orders, including welding, painting, electrical assembly, and PLC controller programming.

Anita is a fashionable women's winter hat . The characteristic element of this product is, of course, the extremely soft pompom. It was made of delicate yarn, in colors identical to the body of the hat. The use of thick and soft yarn brought many benefits to this hat. First of all, it is exceptionally comfortable in everyday use. The thick weave additionally gives it winter style and a unique character. It is also worth highlighting the presence of an internal fleece lining, which makes use more comfortable. Why does almost every winter hat have a pompom? Looking at the various winter hats offered by Pawonex and competing stores, it can be concluded that half of the winter hats have pompoms. What is their role, apart from a strictly decorative one? The dense and soft pompom makes it easy to take off the hat when wearing thick gloves. Just grab the ball of yarn with your hand and pull it upwards.

Spunbond polypropylene nonwovens are mainly used in medicine, hygiene, cosmetics and pharmacy. They are applied as independent materials, offering low masses with relatively high strength properties. They can also be bonded with other materials (meltblown nonwoven), gaining completely new properties. These compositions are mainly used for hygienic applications, products for construction and the automotive industry. Application: spunbond nonwovens are applied in products such as, protective and medical clothing: disposable clothing, gloves, hats, caps, footwear protectors, surgical clothing, surgical field underlays and foiled underlays, disposable sheets and foiled sheets, single-layer medical masks, surgical gowns, shoe covers, sanitary pads, diapers, tampons, bandages, patches, dressings, compresses, linings, pockets, partitions, masking elements in products such as bags, belts, cases.

The new Cora®Pleat element is a self-developed product, which is produced in a specifically built production line in Weißenhorn. In this way, Filtertechnik Jäger provides you with products that are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cora®Pleat filter elements are designed for usage in conventional and widely used bag filter housings. The use of folded filter material and the application of a special design and production method, results in filter elements which not only make the bag filter system considerably more effective, but also decisively improve profitability. Bag filters are characterized by a user-friendly application. The previously known disadvantage of the relatively small available filter area is cancelled by the Cora®Pleat element.

When it comes to seat heaters, we at Embro think first and foremost of the textile processors of vehicle seats. Because our textile heating elements are in great demand in the automotive industry. They are easy to process, flexible, and kink-resistant. The heat output is individually adapted to the customer’s requirements in the development process and suitably distributed and laid out on the desired surface (wire laying). With the increasing number of electric vehicles being produced, the demand for further heating solutions for the interior area is also rising. Embro heating mats heat the seats and interior via heating elements in the center and side armrests and trim parts. TAMAÑO is a formulation that combines several organic elements that activate the cytokinesis phase on fruit tissues. This product improves fruit consistency and increase fruit size resulting in a more uniform harvest. This product also contains seaweed elements that are rich in alginates, amino acids, vitamins, betaine, gibberellines and cytokines which are all vital elements for the plant development.

In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.
