The introduction of control systems with automatic control, O2/CO and vacuum probes where the precision of the air/fuel ratio allows combustion efficiency levels >90% and emission levels within environmental limits. The OVERFIRE System guarantees the reduction of CO, NOx and unburned emissions. These are water-tube pyro-steam generators consisting of a pre-furnace with cooled tubular walls (membrane wall) connected to the pressure body, through three collectors (two for water descent, at the bottom, and one for water/steam ascent, at the top). They are externally coated with ceramic fibers and insulating panels and are free of refractories. The firing grates are made of refractory steel and are guaranteed for 5 years.
