Furthermore, it is equipped with the fuel gas thermometer and double centrifugal fan, which minimize the heat loss from the chimney, as well as the particulate emissions into the atmosphere. Its innovative design offers the possibility of control of up to four room thermostats, adjusting the temperature in each space to the level the user desires. Moreover, the automatic functioning mode “pyrolysis cleaning” helps eliminating tar and deposits from the boiler wall, facilitating thus its cleaning. A typical feature of its incomparable functionality is the fact that it harmonizes its functions with the most demanding environmental conditions.

Pelit is not just a simple class 5 pellet boiler. Its ergonomic certified steel design offers high power density and an excellent efficiency of 93.4%, making it the most reliable heating system. Its multiple flue gas paths guarantee the most efficient cleaning of flue gases, achieving a 27% reduction of ash and a 60% reduction in dangerous particulates emissions to the atmosphere. The boiler automatic cleaning function reduces the need for regular maintenance, while the large ash tray maximizes its ease of use. Typically, the ash tray requires cleaning for every 500 kg of pellet for the 35kW boiler, for every ton for the 45kW boiler and for every 2 tons for the 75kW boiler. Finally, its flexible installation connectors and its small size ensure that the boiler can be installed even in a confined space. The Pelit Boiler is available in different powers that cover various needs and requirements, ensuring that its power and efficiency are the ones that suit you the best.

In order to reduce particle emissions into the atmosphere, several projects require the adoption of dust removal systems. Cyclone systems are those that have the lowest total acquisition cost - including investment and operating costs - due to their simplicity and robustness. We have a partnership with Advanced Cyclone Systems, which specializes in developing the most advanced cyclones in the world, for each project tailored to each boiler. Advanced Cyclone Systems guarantees compliance with current legislation exclusively with cyclone systems, called Hurricane or ReCyclone .

The OVERFIRE System ensures the reduction of CO, NOx and unburned particles emissions. Incandescent particles in their ascending path receive 21% oxygen and incinerate, while larger particles are precipitated towards the combustion zone by the effect of the air curtain. This system is optimized for each boiler using three-dimensional development software.

Advanced combustion control platform and all boiler components, ensuring combustion efficiencies of over 90%. By using frequency inverters, we ensure very low electrical consumption/steam produced ratios. The use of a 15” touch panel allows easy viewing and operation of the entire boiler. By providing an internet connection, the system is prepared for remote assistance.

Hot air fan heaters with water coil (20 to 106 kW) - ATR The hot air heaters with hot water coil are ideal for heating all types of commercial, industrial or agricultural premises where a flow of hot air is required to heat different areas of the premises to be heated. The hot water must be produced by a diesel, gas or biomass boiler. The hot water, by means of a circulation pump, passes through the interior of the heating coil of the air heater and the heat transfer is carried out by the air fan of the air heater. The fan can be axial or centrifugal, the axial type is used for direct dissolution and the centrifugal fan allows a network of ducts to be applied in addition to having a greater reach.

The tank is made of metal plate coated with electrostatic paint, which is resistant to corrosion by environmental conditions. It has a revolving pellet feeding port, while its small size makes its installation and movement easy, even in a confined space. Calos is not just a boiler, it is an integrated (All-in-one) heating system which includes a circulator, an expansion vasel, a safety valve, an automatic air vent and an automatic filling valve with a manometer, which is ready-to-use, with no need of further intervention to the installation space. Its clever architecture offers maximum performance and economy compared to a simple boiler. It is available at a power range 8 to 32 kW and is auto-cleaning.

Peat fuel pellets are an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly type of solid bio-fuel, which is a renewable resource. Peat fuel pellets are an excellent substitute for coal and are designed for use in municipal and industrial boilers. This type of fuel has several undeniable advantages:- Excellent calorific value, which is not much inferior to coal, but has an ash content 4 times lower.- Safety of use (peat fuel pellets do not form sparks, do not emit carcinogenic and toxic fumes when burned);- Environmental friendliness (peat pellets are a 100% natural product, the production of which does not use adhesives, solvents, flavors and other chemical additives);- The high quality allowing to keep combustible substances of fuel invariable many years;- Compact and clean storage compared to conventional fuels. Thermal oil boilers are used for meeting thermal energy requirement safely and effectively over 300-320°C degree. Thermal oil systems provide to reach higher temperature that heat transfer liquid cannot reach in the atmospheric pressure. The heating surfaces of the hot oil boilers of Eralp Boiler are manufactured in accordance with DIN 4754 and in spiral bent boiler pipes that are nested in a suitable style. There is no stagnant point in the hot oil circulation. Oil speeds are also secured by flow control systems. As Eralp, we can produce steam boilers working with Liquid fuel, Biomass, Gas and Solid fuel. We increase the system efficiency with the economizer to be added to the back of the boiler. We use steel drawn pipes in accordance with EN 10216-2 norm of European origin in our production as a standard. The system is secured with the automation and PLC control systems used. Energy loss is prevented by reducing the thermal bridges in the insulation.
